SCAMMERS they take your money and send any item of their choosing. Emailed them and got a fake tracking. Emailed them and was told my item was sold out and to pick another item. I picked a tumbler. Didn't receive it so I got upset and said I was going to leave a negative review. They then chose to PRETEND TO BE NICE and I received a confirmation tracking showing my ORIGINAL HATS plus the tumbler for my troubles. I wasn't shocked when I got the items in and AGAIN NEITHER the hats or tumbler were the correct ones. Now they won't return my email.

I ordered a shirt and sticker n it took 3 months n several emails before i received it they kept sending me a email saying they were sorry n i should receive my order in 7-10days but it took 3 months to receive it so I will not order anything else from them

I placed a order on the fifth of October for express delivery and checked on it states unfulfilled now I am thinking why is it unfulfilled while I ordered express mailing and shipping 32.17 now I am thinking why are they stealing my money and it is listed unfulfilled now it upsets me that this happened how do I trust you will fulfill my damn order

I'm only giving 1 star because there is no minus stars!! Horrible company.. customer service is horrible. Been trying to get a sticker sent to me that they forgot in my order for almost a year!! They sent a wrong size shirt and said I ordered it, but I would never ever order a small shirt. I would recommend to shop someplace else. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!! 👎👎👎

Only leaving 1 star because I have to. This company ripped me off. Ordered from them 45 days ago. I’ve received nothing. Pretty obvious now why they only receive texts to contact them. Ended up getting promises of a refund but that’s just to pacify you for awhile. They claim to be Veterans. I contacted BBB but apparently if the party being reported doesn’t answer them they close the case. This is my absolute worst transaction online. Avoid these scamming losers at all costs.

Ordered a shirt and a sticker. Took over a month to get it. Honestly, I forgot about it. Product finally arrived. Was ok, no issues. However, the price was dropped from 29.99 to 9.99. The worst transaction i've ever had on the internet. I've order many items from all over the world, this one is the worse. Do not order from this business.

Shirts take at least a month or more before they ship from China. Return policies is useless. They sent me a shirt and tried to charge my CC'd stating that I ordered it. I would not buy from them again.

Horrible customer service! Don’t buy from here because they will not give your money back when you return your items. I’ve disputed with the company and they will not respond back to emails. I’ve also disputed with my bank and they somehow no error occurred and they still not have refunded. It’s been 3 months and no refund.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 1 shirt and 1 sticker in August. Finally got the shirt after 1 month but no sticker. No one answers the phone or responds to emails or texts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered two shirts and a bumper sticker. It took over 30 days to get the shirts and when I opened the package there was no bumper sticker.

It took me several months to get my tshirt. The first time it was a small instead of the extra large I had ordered. The second time I got it, it was also a small instead of the extra large I ordered and I had to order a different quote on the front of it because the first one wasn't available anymore. I'm just going to cut my losses. Oh by the way I gave the tshirt away. Worst online shopping experience ever.

Only received 2 shirts out of my order of ten. They said order was completed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! There is a reason they have terrible reviews. It looks like they have done this often and to a lot of people. Too bad the BBB does NOTHING to scammers like this company

If I could give them a zero I would as would others that have posted here. I ordered on 8/6/23 and still haven't received anything. They said I received it without any documentation. I called my bank and they reversed the charge and are contacting the vendor. I don't know if this is a scam or they are just this inept.

Do not buy from them I ordered a hat 3 weeks ago and it is very hard to get in contact with them. I got the run around saying it will ship in 2 days 2 weeks ago.

Still waiting delivery for 2 t-shirts I ordered mid July. I called them several times and they suggested to leave a msg or text them but still no answer. To customers out there, don't be a victim like me. Nextlevelgoods.com usually put an ad on Facebook and I often comment that where are my t-shirts I paid for😃. I am sure they have filtered any comments that they dislike. I wish I could leave no star on this review.

Ordered a shirt over 2 weeks ago. Ignored my first email about when it was going to ship. Just sent a second and decided to also check with BBB and reviews. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Terrible, don't get involved.

Cool designs but very unreliable services. I ordered a shirt from this company 10 weeks ago and I had to send them a reminder email with my receipt at 3 weeks to ship it out. At week 7 it supposedly had failed for delivery to my house and was sent back.

Since then, I’ve been sending emails back and forth and they want me to pay for more shipping meanwhile they are difficult to get ahold of.

They won’t even give me a refund for a product that I paid for and have still not received.
