Unfortunately I gave them a second chance and was let down again. First order was mucked up as they did not inform me that I would need ti arrange video consultation to approve. While I like this personal touch, it delayed the process unnecessarily, especially as the actual consultation didnt go through anything I hadnt done through video photo wvidence and questionnaires with other companies. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and order my refill from them, thinking it should be much quicker given that it was just a refill. Unfortunately its been a week and still not even approved. Very slow service. Expect to wait and possibly miss dose if already on glp-1.

I really like this provider, I have tried others in the past. Like the other reviews, it takes time from the moment you buy the product to it being dispatched. At first I found the length of the process frustrating, but as it continued I realised that the company was placing all the correct protocols in place, making me feel more reassured that I had made the right decision. And there was a lovely personal touch within the delivery.

I ordered my medication and made payment on the 18th March, then had to wait six days for a consultation which had I have been aware of at the time - I’d have used a different provider as the process is less than half of the time.

The consultation was fantastic, all my questions were answered and he was really thorough (hence the stars - I’d have given five for the lovely consultant!), however it’s still pending approval. I was told once it’s been approved, it’ll be 3-5 days until it’s with me - meaning unfortunately I’ve completely missed this weeks dose and potentially also next weeks if it doesn’t come by Monday.

I’m sure it was advertised as a maximum of five days delivery when I ordered and paid.

If you’re planning on ordering from here, just make sure you’re aware you probably won’t actually get your medication for potentially a couple of weeks, definitely over a week anyway.

Their prices are unbeatable and really fair as you’ll see on the comparison websites, so that’s a huge bonus, it’s just a let down with the timescale.

Update - my medication unfortunately got lost due to a Royal Mail error and NextScript dealt with the issue amazingly rectifying the issue promptly. I have now received it, thank you.

Can’t fault them. Consultation went smoothly - it was simple to organise, and was friendly and straightforward. My order was slightly delayed by the courier but when I wrote Nextscript checked in immediately and gave me updates with reassurance about how long the package would remain stable. I’m near goal and heading towards maintenance so not every provider would take me on, but they understood my journey and there was no issue with my lower bmi. Finally and probably best for me is that their prices are stable (and comparatively low) so I’m not reliant on searching for discounts to afford my medication.

Problem:
I was not informed about having to book a video consultation until after payment.
No consultation available for over a week.
I have been on Mounjaro since May 25, this is causing me to miss this weeks dose for the 1st time in 10 months.
They advertised 5 days delivery.
Had email today, asking for proof of prescription-even though I sent it last week.
So far disappointed.
