I use Nexus Bytes for email only, and started with one account to see how it performs. I haven't had any issues, and will be moving more of my email accounts over!

As my current vps contract was ending, I was looking into other alternatives. Seeing many good reviews I decided to try NexusBytes out. Ended up with horrible experience.

I am currenty staying abroad. Naturally, my credit card billing address doesn't match where I am staying. As soon as I placed an order they automatically flagged me as "fraud" with location being the reason. Although it is somewhat understandable, they needed to call me a "fraud" instead of something like "require verification" which what a normal company will do. The automatic message asked me to reply with additional information for review, so I did.

After 2 days, unconventionally long for a server company for any reason, a support replied saying they will not allow my order because of my privacy policy. My... privacy policy...? I asked for an explanation and the next reply was, they wont process my order because I didn't pass their initial validation. So why did they asked me to reply with additional information in the first place? The message ended with thanking me for "attempting" to join NexusBytes. I never experienced such sarcasm from any business ever.

My privacy was in danger now that I know this company collects personal information when they clearly doesn't need it. Following their own privacy policy, I emailed them to request deletion of my personal information. After more than 30 days, a timeframe written in their policy, I have not heard back yet.

There is a lot of automation going on in this company. As long as you don't need to contact a human, you might be happy. When you do have to contact them, you will face unprofessional people. As far as I can tell, they do not keep promises and probably have some data collection side business. Could be discriminatory too since I am currently in a developing country and they deiced I was a fraud. You will also get many excuses that doesn't make sense. They will tell you its the system when they are the people making the system so practically blaming them selves as if they were blaming someone else. They will tell you they are an online business and require extreme caution, well most business are online nowadays and none of them called me a fraud. They might call you a fraud too, when we are the one paying them, not the other way around. Unless you are from and living in the US, I would strongly suggest to stay away from this company. There is some sketchy business practice going on.

Expensive service for DirectAdmin panel. Poor quality service, not customer focused. I regret giving them a chance.

I switched to Nexus Bytes from another provider almost a year ago. Almost right after I swtiched I realized how inferior that other provider was. The Nexus Bytes service is rock solid, their control panel is full of features and easy to use.

The couple of times I've needed help I've received the most gracious, friendly support I could ever ask for. Honestly. I feel bad because the prices are so good, I think it's cost them more to answer my questions than what I've paid them, but that has earned them a customer for life.

Also, I feel like I have to address a review from "Sunil Grover" where he mentions a competitor. I think anyone with half a brain can see that review is just thinly veiled spam.

Anyway, give Nexus Bytes a try. You will not be disappointed.

I've been with your hosting for about a year now and must say I like the service and certainly the quick response to support questions. But now I have found cheaper options with the same service in hostitbro, so I am planning to switch.

the platform is very stable, quick and efficient service, but other forms of payment need to be implemented such as: skill, neteller. Given that most users of its services use forex trading, it would be quite feasible to have these options, including what I mentioned here and a lot of talking about telegram groups specializing in forex

They are really good though I wish they had more plans and cheaper upgrades for existing plans, If they can improve their plans and service by a little bit and start giving Ryzen 59XXs, It would be hands down the best thing. Though i still would recommend them

I have researched several email hosting provider before settling for Nexus Bytes. Their prices are great and the interface is clean. Documentation may not be robust but their support team always gets back to me very quickly.

5 is understatement, the support even better than anything I ever tried.
I never believed in the word "premium" bandwidth thingy, at least until I use their service. Migrated everything here now, super satisfied!

100% uptime since install (70 days ago), you can't get better than this.
