Products are exquisite! Buds just blown me and i got my delivery on time as well!

I got the Sex Panther came on time big pretty buds smelled like ⛽️ smoked like some pressure. I have no regrets of negative comments.

I did not receive my order. It didn’t ship.

Products were good i got my delivery in 8 days, last time it took longer, they have improved their services forsure! Products were good as always.

Ordered on 1/15. Charged on 1/16. It is 1/29 and it has never been shipped. Customer service line is not being answered. Emails are not being answered. Chat on website gets no response. I have dealt with many of these companies and they have all been good. This is the worst customerservice I have seen in many years. AVOID. When I sent an email asking the status of my order, Steve.account executive.forwarded back my original email from the day I ordered.What kind of customer service is that? 2 additional emails were sent and were ignored.Thats why I'm telling you that.15 days after I was charged to ship an order..Ridiculous

I had a pretty good experience, gummies were great and strain was okayy.. packaging could be better. Overall it was okay!

My experience was legit. Aromatic flowers got me fr man! Also customer support was good,delivery was the issue, I got my package in 15 days after I ordered, i expected timely delivery but it got delayed anyway!

You sent the wrong product. I received Grape Frosty instead of my order of Sex Panther.

It took 8 days just to leave the facility and another 7 days to be shipped just 150 miles. Two weeks later, I finally receive the package and I’m just amazed! The quality was as good as it gets. Both of them looked beautiful and tasted great. One had a sweet smell and the other a more powerful skunky smell. I would highly recommend!!! Quality of product was beyond 5 stars but it shouldn’t take over two weeks to make it just a couple hours down the road and it said I qualified for free shipping and then charged me $10 for shipping so I think 4 stars are suitable.

Before poaching for reviews, you should make sure the customer actually has the product in hand. I will say your turnaround is very slow. I've received packages I ordered the same day from halfway to all the way across the country. Will update once the order is received. The product hasn't even shipped yet and you're asking for reviews smh

Ordered almost a month ago and still haven't received. Customer support simply reiterated the 5-7 day delivery. Did not respond when I asked why tracking number said 'carrier has not received the package'

My order hasn’t been shipped or received. Customer support hasn’t followed up on an issue about an open/ tampered package. Overall I feel like shipping has been poor, very slow. Customer service has been lacking and I have had to follow up multiple times on various platforms to get any updates and which result in a “we will follow up””. Then I get this survey about my experience before my items have even arrived. I really enjoy the product but the overall experience has been frustrating.

I requested a refund because i messed up and ordered when i didnt mean to. Within 2 hours after I called they emailed me telling me it was canceled. In addition I highly recommend their products to anyone trying to make it as simple as possible to get what you want. Their website is pretty easy to navigate and to set up an account.

I ordered 3000mg gummies and bomb pop vape, the products were surely clean and pure tasting, i found them amazing and relaxing! Vape was good too, what i feel is they surely can improve packaging coz products are very good!

It would be nice to give you a nice review the only thing is I never received the order besides check your tracking either you don’t have it or return money and cancel subsciption

The bottom of the packages for the Vapes were cut open and the Vapes were out just loose in the packing box. I don't know which ones which they both taste the same to me and I didn't plan on using them after this because I'm just not sure. If pics are needed just ask
