This is the second time where I paid for special delivery and didn't make any difference in the duration of the delivery.

The order was placed at 18.40 on the 2/5/24, you paid for next working day, as the order was placed after 17.00, despatch would always be the next working day which was the 3/5/24. The order was despatched on 3/5/24 for next working day delivery, the next working day due to the weekend and a Bank Holiday was the 7/5/24. The order was delivered on the 7/5/24, unfortunately even though you feel the service wasn't what you expected, it was the service you paid for. Our Website does highlight on ever page we offer a same day service, we also offer a weekend service, neither of which requested.
We feel 3 stars are a little unfair for a service you paid for, but in future will make it clearer to customers what our next day service means

Hey we been place a order, and advice that we received next day delivery if we pay extra £30, unfortunately we dident received released was promised , our job has been delayed on schedule and function was released for non complete job on time , please make sure next time happens.

Gabriel - sorry you felt the need to give one star for our service. As you are aware the TSW MCB speed controllers did leave us on Friday for delivery next day on Saturday. As you are aware it's actually DHL that failed to deliver on time. We have subsequently refunded you the £30.00 charge and arranged for delivery before 12.00pm today (7/5/24) the first day DHL could deliver. Based on the DHL tracking delivery was made today (7/5/24) at 11.49am. We have apologised and ensured you this was beyond our control. We are disappointed the one star review will now question potential customers if we are the right supplier to entrust their order with. It's your choice to keep the one star review and we will endeavour everyday to rebuild the high rating we all worked hard to secure before this issue
An efficient and helpful company to deal with
I found the Northern Fan website easily and was able to search for the specifications that I needed for my application. The website is very well designed and helpful. Ordering was easy and included a discount, which was welcome. Once I placed the order, communication was prompt and clear. The fan was delivered the day after it was shipped.

Great Company and website to Deal with
Really easy to use website. The item I wanted is obsolete and Northern Fans actually replaced it with an applicable model without me needing to go searching for it myself. I paid for next day delivery and the courier delayed the delivery. Northern Fans refunded my delivery charge straight away even though it wasn’t their fault. Really great company to deal.

I spoke to confirm some technical information and how long it would take for my order to arrive after placing the order as it was near Christmas.
Helpful tech and received my order on time.
Very happy with the service.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was I've only used the company once and I only do 5 stars I'd a seller company etc are constantly good over a period of time.
So this 4 stars is sort of a 5 star but I would recommend and use you again.
