A long-term strategy that worked for me
Wrote a bad review based on old information, updating because Steven called and straightened me out. Long story short, I think they were a newer company when I first started and the online portal and online communication channels changed so I was always anxious because I didn't know what the status of anything was. Once I got into the new portal I saw that my accounts have been well tended to and the messaging system works just fine.
If you read all the paperwork, they do everything they say they will do, and it's working for me. My credit is coming back up and I should be done from paying off all my credit cards by the end of next year as expected.
Still can't say five-stars because of the rough start, though. At no point did I think they were being dishonest but boy did I get nervous when I spent over a year not knowing how to hear the status of my accounts. Seems like they've figured it out now. Although I did miss a recent email with an offer to settle an account because the names of the email senders don't include the company name so I must've ignored it as spam. If I could make a suggestion, it would be for the emails to show as coming from National Fidelity Financial so they catch the eye.
Steven was great btw. Give that man raise.

Chanel Taveras was great. Very helpful. She went above and beyond with solutions to help get my debt paid off. It has helped to relieve a tremendous amount of stress and pressure to a very sticky situation.
