NHL Pharmacy Avis 

We travelled approximately 25 miles to visit this pharmacy after being impressed with their efficiency when we rang to make an appointment for a PCR test two days after returning from holiday. When we went for the test we were treated with dignity & kindness. The young lady who administered the test was so caring & reassuring. They kept us informed as to what was happening with our tests. Please visit them if you like a professional & caring team. We will certainly be using them again. Thanks to all.

Product arrived with items missing
Contacted seller who said they would resolve but to date after more calls and emails have had no response whatsoever.
This is a terrible customer service.

Booked test 2 release packs online through another company and they didn't arrive so I contacted NHL pharmacy and they couldn't have been any more helpful. We got our tests done that same day and got our results back early the following morning. Couldn't thank them enough would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Outstanding fit to fly service. Tests took seconds, paperwork a little longer but 3 of us were in and out in 15 mins. The lady who did the test was lovely and really gentle with my little boy. Tested at 1pm and results were in our inbox by 10am the following day. They do say by 9pm the following day but ours came early. There might be cheaper tests available but having had the stress of our first company not returning the results in time and having to move our holiday I would always use these now.

My company has been working alongside NHL Pharmacy throughout the pandemic. NHL have always been extremely professional and provide an excellent service to their customers. Their covid testing services are excellent and their ability to be flexible to the needs of their customers is second to none. I would highly rate this pharmacy and all staff.

I would 100% reccomend this pharmacy, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Took the test at 13.00 a clock and the next morning at 9.30 had the mail with the result. Very good service!!

Excellent support from the team to generate my Covid Fit to Fly certificate.

I ordered a product 20th January , I have not still received it and they don’t answer my mails . Possibly it is lost and they don’t give my money back . Completely disappointing!!! Never again !!!
