I have purchased from Nia wigs in the past and there wigs are amazing. I’ve been wanting this one for awhile and I treated myself. It was delivered fast, the packaging is perfect it came with the satin bag the additional adjustable strap and a wig grip. So happy with my purchase.

I Love this hair! Beautiful soft silky hair! It took a while for them to send it out, but definitely came through in quality and length was longer than I expected!! lol color slightly different then the picture but beautiful!! Very healthy no split end shedding or tangles with this beauty!! My God am I glad I decided to go with Nia Wigs on this purchase! I initially ordered 16 inch purple front lace wig they were out of stock so I upgraded to a full lace wig I swear this is 22 inches or more but beautiful and definitely worth every penny I spent! And definitely worth the wait! Super satisfied! Very full and the ends cut perfect! I’m am in love the this wig!

Two stars because of the quality of the product, three taken away because of customer service.

I was sent a wig that was longer than the one I ordered. I sent them pics of the measurement of the wig using a tape measure. They tried to convince me that longer is better and then that I should get it cut. I looked into cutting it and the cost was going to be $85 so I insisted on returning the wig.

Even though the mistake was made by Nia Wigs they refused to cover the return cost which included insurance. That was unfair and poor customer service. This was the 4th wig I’d bought from them and the 2nd one that was the wrong length.

My 1st experience with this company was positive but I’ll never do business with Nia Wigs again because they refused to take responsibility for their mistake and cover the return cost. Do I recommend this company? My answer is that their products are generally good but don’t ever have a problem with your order! Their products are good but cost too much to take the chance of being sent an incorrect item and then having to pay the return cost, Patronize this company at your own risk.

I am very happy with this unit. I would highly recommend it. The delivery was much earlier than I expected. All the way around a great experience. Great customer service.

I’ve purchased many wigs, from several different outlets and NiaWigs has provided the worst of all services.
Firstly, I had to contact NiaWigs to have the wig dispatched and then on arrival, the wig wasn’t as expected so I asked for a refund.
At the time of purchase there was only one photo of the wig - from the back -and one “review” including a photo of the front. This was not the wig I received. When I emailed NiaWigs I stated my concern about misleading advertisement and they updated their website with new photos and told me that if I returned the wig I would not receive a full refund. Despite this I still don’t want it but they are refusing to tell me how and where to return the item.
I would say to anyone thinking of buying from NiaWigs don’t do it. Save your money or find a retailer who will provide a service you deserve

I no longer recommend buying from them! Customer service is non existent!!!! I inquired several times about my wig order prior to it being shipped...no communication from them. I messaged them to cancel the order...again no communication from them. However my wig was then mysteriously shipped quickly after I messaged them to cancel. Finally received my order. I received a wig not as described on the website. Again, I reached out by email, whatsapp and direct message on their website to exchange or return it. Again no communication!!!! It appears I will be stuck with a wig that is NOT what I paid for because they are refusing to respond to rectify this matter!!! I will NOT be ordering from them again. I DO NOT recommend ordering from them!! Order at your own risk and buyer beware!!!

I love the hair quality and feel. It was delivered as promised. My only complaint is the website stated " natural black" and the hair was actually DYED black. The hair had to be bleached to lighten the color. Additional money had to be paid for that process. Overall, nice product, just be more transparent in description.

This is a very good company with the fastest shipping possible and they're willing to work with any complaints you may have. I've made them my go to for wigs.

The wig is beautiful but the hair dries out very quickly.

The hair is horrible. Nothing human about it!!! I’m upset I wasted my money. When I combed it out it was shedding worse than a dog and once I got it “soft” I went back and combed it again and more hair came out.

I received this beautiful wig in a very timely manner and I absolutely love it! The hair is so soft and manageable. So far no shedding, The lace lays very nice, and what more can I say, Very happy with my purchase,

This wig is awesome I get so many compliments and it literally looks like my own natural hair . The curls always bounce back when I wash and detangle with good products.

This headband wig is just like my hair if I got a blowout 😍😍😍
