Do not buy from this store!!!!!!!! The packaging came in ripped and wet. The shoes were flimsy and water damaged. Even without the water damage it felt like the heels were made so poorly that they’d break as soon as anyone put weight on them. Also way too big. I ordered a 7 even though I usually wear a 7.5. The shoe was big enough to fit my mom who is a size 8.5. Because of their return policy I can’t return it because it took more than 30 days to come in!!! This is a scam - do not buy from these people!!!

Update .. item was sent but took weeks instead of the 2-6 days as posted on the website

Site down. No info on order or how to get a refund. Scam? Also when you pay with PayPal it goes to a random individual and not an LLC

I saw these red leather booties at another major mall and bought these for half that price. I am very glad I found this site. I will be back.

The only problem is about my address. It is 10479 NW 82 nd St Unit 06 Doral, 33178. The first part, about 10479 was omitted.

The only thing I was trying to find what country the dollars were in , as I’m in Australia I didn’t know which currency the price was in.

Lied about shoes - claimed they were real leather, but they were made of cloth, like face towels. Said they'd pay my shipping to return them after they got them back, then refused to do it. Tried to gaslight me into believing they were really leather.

I had ordered in the past with minor color/size issue, received the leather shoes ordered, so I felt comfortable returning for something else, adjusting for size experience. This time I ordered a pair described as genuine cattle hide suede. Received microfiber fabric. When I contacted them, they tried to tell me I got the correct item, but offered $15 back. I declined, demanding return mailing label and refund. They stated they will refund when I PAY to return to them (at greater cost than value of refund). I have submitted documentation to my credit card company.
UPDATE -
The company agreed to refund my shipping when they received the item back. They sent me a more local and inexpensive ($12) address to ship to, then refused to refund after confirming tracking...but they DID refund my purchase price.

Just got notified by USPS that the shoes are being returned to me, as the mailing address they gave me for returning to was no good...I guess I now own a pair of microfiber shoes?

The shoes came with a stain on the back and no return label or contact information. This will be my last time ordering. This was a waste of money. These were supposed to be my wedding shoes. What a disappointment

I ordered because I'm 6'2 and love a kitten heel. The shoes were great and nicely tailored. I returned only because I needed a larger size.

Size was completely wrong -- was more of a 6 than a 8.5 and I had to pay to return.
