Royalen - 200% jusqu’à €2,000 + 200 TG Avis 

Intenté entrar esta mañana y de repente me bloqueó la cuenta diciendo que los datos eran incorrectos. Contacté al soporte y me dijeron que no encontraban ninguna cuenta con mi correo, lo cual es una locura porque llevo semanas jugando ahí. Me siento realmente estafada y bastante cabreada.

I was trying to sort out a withdrawal when customer service started asking for the exact same documents all over again for the third time. It's proper frustrating being messed around like that when you've already sent everything weeks ago. Honestly this whole experience has left me feeling completely let down by them.

My 200 euro payout arrived in three separate transactions. Support said this was normal but couldnt explain why they didnt mention it when I hit withdraw.

The cashback offer said ten percent back on losses. I lost 200 and got 15 credited instead of 20. When I asked support they sent a generic message that didnt address my question at all.

The app kept signing me out randomly during play last night. Each time I had to enter my password again, which got annoying after the third time.

Got my payout in two chunks. First part came through, then I had to wait a week for the second half. Didnt say anywhere it would be split like that.

The help desk queue times are ridiculous during peak hours. I was number 18 in line on a Saturday and the wait time kept jumping up instead of down. Eventually timed out.

Logged in couple of days later and my cashback reward was half what the banner said it would be. Chat support took ages and didnt actually help resolve it.

Cashier told me the payout was approved and would arrive in my account within 2 days. That was 9 days ago. Support now says there's a delay but wont say how much longer I need to wait.

Requested payout Tuesday morning and was promised Wednesday afternoon at the latest. Its now Friday with no sign of the money. Chat support closed the conversation while I was mid sentence asking for an update.

Deposited via card on the 15th. The transaction cleared my bank but the payment isnt in my account history here. Support keeps saying to check back later.
