Matsato customer service gets a 10 rating.
After receiving my order I felt I was miss led and contacted Matsato customer support. I explained the miss leading ad to customer support and she was very understanding and apologized for the miss understanding and said she would be in contact with the marketing team to review and fix the problem. She then apologized again and offered to make good the ad offer and send me additional product and a gift of a pair of there kitchen scissors. I was not expecting this and was very pleased with both the additional product and scissors but more over the processional treatment of the customer support team. Great job. Thank you
