Buying an in stock lounge was a dream, phone staff super helpful. Delivery to Kiama not a problem.The delivery was super slick, lounge was neatly put in place and the quality is exceptional !

Ordered a new couch through the website. Was a very easy, streamlined process with great communication, quick delivery and the installation team were very friendly, punctual and helpful. The new couch is exactly as the display one I saw, very happy with my purchase and experience.

Lost me as a customer. $300 Accidental insurance for stains is scam insurance in my opinion. Tried to make a claim for a coffee stain, they wasted a lot of my time asking questions, photos and eventually denied the claim as I hadn't notified them in 5 days. I bought 2 lounges in the last 2 years and bought the accidental insurance twice being upsold by the in store salesperson. At both points of sale, the 5 day notification window was not explained to me or my wife. The sales people mislead you saying you can make a claim at any stage and then the claims team waste your time. Very disappointed and expected better.

Jason the manager at Lakeside was excellent, non pressure sales, informed. Sofas and the leathers look excellent. Looking forward to receiving.

Purchased a dresser online from Nick Scali. The description and photos matched the received product exactly. Pretty good communication around the entire delivery process and a really nice and experienced delivery crew setting the dresser up where we want it. Loss of a star as I didn’t receive the text the day before alerting me to my delivery window, but admittedly the support team at Nick Scali were super helpful when I contacted them.

Such an easy process from choosing the right product I wanted to ordering online. Delivery guys explained how to assemble product, very friendly. Product was easy to put together and looks amazing feels amazing and super comfy.

Absolutely love the couch and the service we were given from purchase to install was fantastic.

I purchased the Cypress Ottoman as a gift for my daughter and her partner to complete their Cypress lounge and it really does complete the set and makes it look amazing. I made the purchase online which can often be scary when buying something expensive but the whole process was very user friendly and I was fully informed on all steps of the purchase. What really impressed me was the outstanding friendly and very professional delivery service. Absolute 5-star review from me.

Teresa in the Cairns store was very helpful finding what I wanted plus was knowledgeable and organised with quotes. I forgot I had to email first to deal with her over the phone so went to the main call centre.

LOVE our new lounge. The team were so great at helping with fabric and colours. They didn’t even mind that once we ordered we kept coming back in just to sit on it! Arrival time was spot on.

We love our new lounge. It’s so comfortable and the customer service I received from Naz at the call centre was excellent. We had specific delivery requirements as we were flying into town to receive the order and the date kept being moved - 6 times! Naz resolved everything for us each time and was very professional and lovely to deal with.

Would not recommend , they work
on the premise of don’t ask and they don’t tell . Just found out our $8000 battery powered leather recliner needs the batteries changed every 12 months , funny they never mentioned that when purchasing. Our order was altered without our permission( to a different colour leather ) after I realised I had to go back into the store again to get it sorted . They also tried to over charge on delivery , once you’ve signed for the goods they don’t want to know you .

Happy with purchase i made through nick scali. Very comfy and sturdy ottoman, i found it a little shorter than what it should be. But otherwise very happy.
