Terrible experience and basically robbed
Terrible experience. The order didn't arrive to my location or let alone my country and I've been contacting for more than a month and still haven't gotten any response. 90 euros down the drain with no response to what happened to my delivery. I didn't get a refund for anything btw just no response completely.

Trying to import the product from the uk to my country in Europe, you would think nicopods uk would give sufficient information to the custom clearance, but no. Hopefully this can change.
