Great company, great customer service

Ordered something 12 days ago, have ordered before and gotten tracking numbers, emailed four times now and they haven't solved anything. Just want to see where my order is, at this rate I am never ordering from here again. Terrible customer support and service.

Trash said my order didn’t go through had proof it did support is dogshit

Order and payment was made on the 11 dec 2025
first note of the tracker arrived Tu, 16.12.2025, 17:36,

after 38 days it finally arrived to the destination Th, 22.01.2026, 17:19,
On the website they did state and had articles that my country is eligible for this product- well, it happens to be false, and i was not able to retrieve it from the border control.
After 21 days of back and forth with Nicoprof and border control i had no option ,so i returned the shipment on Fr, 13.02.2026, 12:32, and requested a refund.

Refund received only on the 8th of April, after several days since a trust pilot post. Was that a coincidence? Don't know, don't care.

Overall, everything was very slow.

I saw a lot of bad comments so i was a little bit worried at first. It went very well! I ordered and received it around 11 days after which really isnt bad no mistake with my order and the product is good. I will definetly reuse this site for my next order.

Haven’t got my order in 20 weeks so I refunded and never got my money back 300 dollars they stole from me

Still haven’t got a refund is been 3 weeks

Delivery was quick. I received tracking number right away good service and product was just what I ordered

I could not find a good deal anywhere. Nicoprof solved that issue for me. Website was easy to navigate and ordering was smooth. I emailed them for extra information on my package and received a reply within the hour. My package arrived on time and came packaged well. I highly recommend ordering with them.

Our new consistent supplier. We will be ordering weekly now. Shipping is super quick, everything arrives, and the products are always authentic and well stocked. The service is excellent, really easy to deal with, and the owner is incredibly accommodating.

My package was lost by UPS and they did a great job recovering the package and getting it to me.

The delivery took tok long but otherwise the shipping is a bit pricy but the products came and they are fine so its pretty decent

Well at first I thought o shit,I should not have ordered from them. But guess what they made everything perfect 👌.
The customer service is amazing and I could not ask more from a company.Nicoprof stuck to their word and made everything perfect. I will be ordering from them in the future. Thank you customer support for being prompt and staying on top off the mistake made.

It is not how the mistake is made it is how you fix it.

I have ordered from them before and have had a near perfect experience. The only thing that has been meh is on my last order they forgot a portion of my order but they solved the problem and gave me a little extra on my next order.
