If you’re looking for a nicotine substitute do not under any circumstance buy this product. I purchased several logs but what they sent was old & dried out rock hard pouches. This was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent!!!!

Terrible- be careful. I attempted to place an order taking advantage of the first time customer promotion. I reviewed the order information and verified that everything was correct at checkout. After submitting my order I received a notification from my credit card company indicating that On had charged my card for 4.5 times the amount displayed at checkout. I called their customer service line immediately and they told me there was no way to cancel or correct the order. The only option they gave me was to take up the issue with UPS, the shipping company to see if they could do anything.

I don't understand some of the bad reviews. What I understand is that people only write a review when they complain.. So this is my story.
I ordered, didn't think about it and 4 days later in my letterbox :).

I ordered a package, it did not arrive after 1,5 month because the company did not provide the necessary paper it was turnt back. The company wanted me to pay an extra 16€ to resend it to me.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago; yet I haven't received any shipment details nor did customer service replied on my questions. So far it looks like I've been scammed..

EDIT: the package arrived a few months after ordering..

They cheat and scam after placing the order, in fact they are thieves and will eat your money without a burp.
I placed an order using their webpage on 10th September 2021 and they provided me with shipment tracking details. This tracking link didn´t work properly and when I checked after few days, the item was returned back to them. I wrote them that please refund for my order and they said that the item came back to us because I provided them wrong address. In fact I got the shipment delivered from them for my previous order and this time it didn´t arrive. Also, the fact is that this company is a sister company of wwwtaxfreesnuscom and I have always got the order when I bought something from the parent company to the same address.
The explanation for not refunding my order money was that the snus stayed at room temperature for sometime until it reached back to them and they consider it as not good for consumption but at the same time they expect me to consume the item after it has been in the transit for 6 weeks until the final delivery was done. Is this JOKE ?
Extremely pathetic customer service and I suggest everyone not to be fooled by them just to get something cheap. In the end you will loose money and get nothing.
I actually introduced many friends to this website and asked them to place orders in the very beginning. But now I have informed all friends not to place an order using this website and have updated them with what they did to me.
My sincere advice to everyone is to visit any other website like: snusdirect, niqo or haypp etc and pay little extra but they deliver the item and also the customer support is super nice. I always got refunds for anything which was not delivered or if delivered very late.
