Must be scam, as the photos from the stores they use are from Sivasdecalzo from Barcelona

scam!!!!!!!
They send nothing when I ordered 2 jackets.
And no response.

I ordered back in April of 2022 and still have not received my shoes. They sent me a fake tracking number from a fake shipping company and quickly charged my card and haven’t responded to any emails. The shipping website does not even come up any longer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will not receive your product or your money back!

I placed an order in April,2022 and never received my product delivered. Of course they were quick to charge my credit card.

I never received a confirmation email of my purchase and when I log into the account I created to make the purchase, it shows that the order in complete and shipped, which is absolutely not true. I have tried contacting them to the phone numbers and email they have in the web side but they never responded. I sent a letter via currier to both addresses in Florida and California, and have not received any reply.

I had to place a claim with my bank but I am still waiting for the merchant to respond (which I am sure they won't) to see if I can get my money back.

This is a scam company. You will never receive your items after ordering. I placed an order since April they sent me a fake website with tracking number information. Once you started complaining they don’t answer you anymore.

I have read a lot of bad reviews about ordering in NighShop, I was lil bit scared about my order but i shook it off. The order took 2weeks before it arrived. One week for product authentication and one week for DHL delivery. So far my order was in good condition and no damage and not as same with the reviews i have read.

I was happy with my purchase. I was informed every step of the way where my package was and it arrived on time in great condition.

Honestly, I was very nervous to buy. I had heard some good things about Nighshop, but also some bad things - mainly regarding authenticity (reputable shoe vendors warning me, stories of lawsuits, etc). That being said, I got the Low White Camo Jordan's and they amazing. Definitely authentic and got them for a good price. They came relatively quickly and updated me along the entire process. I'd be careful what you get and trust, but for my purchase everything did go smoothly.

My package was shipped out for verification and i did not receive any updates for about a week. I contacted customer service and was attended to right away, less than 2 hours. I even had a credit applied to my account which was very, very much appreciated !! After I contacted customer service, the order shipped out shortly after and i received my package.

I don't have an experience... yet. I was intrigued, but I'M SO HAPPY I seen these reviews first. That's why they are important and people like you help so much. Makes my blood boil they did that to all of you, will definitely spread the word. Thanks guys

Total scam!!!! do not buy from this fake company, never received my product and its been 8 weeks.

Total scam. I have been so excited and saving up my money for months just to have my money wasted. DO NOT BUY

Compre hace mas de 2 meses unas sneakers por valor de 184€, me contestaron un par de veces a mis correos, ya que no mandan ni confirmacion de pedido ni nada.
Me mandaron un tracking number de una empresa de transporte fantasma que ni existe.
Voy a denunciarlos.
Son estafadores, y son basura. Su correo no sirve para nada.

Scam. Everything is fake. The websites are fake, the store in Orlando Florida is fake, the store in Crenshaw Los Angeles is fake, charge my card in Italy with an address in France. Completely a scam completely a fraud it’s too bad I found out about this review page only when I started searching for my sneakers that never arrived did I find these reviews.

Scam! Sent notice that said order received but said not a legitimate business. Took money from bank. Tried to call but the phone just rang and rang.

Same story; took our money, responded a few times, sent fake tracking number that included a link that said it was stuck at customs. Mychelle was the person who initially replied; probably a bunch of scammers that operate it and pretend to be her.

I disputed the charges with my CC company and have since been fully reimbursed but what a hassle and I’m lucky! Why don’t the credit card companies have a better handle on this site when so many of us have had to file fraud claims? AVOID!!!

Whoever wrote an excellent review is probably someone working with this company . Sadly I wish I had read the reviews before ordering . Same thing get an email from Mychelle Bell telling me to be patient . Tracking number is from some world to express . After almost a month it says my package is stranded at customs . No need to keep repeating what many has said before . Someone should shut this site down .

Order was placed on 12/8/21 for a Christmas gift. I received the order confirmation of the order and payment. THAT WAS THE LAST THING I ever heard from these people. They did not respond to requests for shipping details which led to requests for cancellation and return of funds which were also ignored. This scam is “take the money and run”. DO NOT get involved with this company. All my grandson wanted for Christmas was a JimmyButler shirt. I very much regret having placed the order with this company. The good reviews have to be from friends and family because they don’t even rate the 1 star I gave them. I followed the advise in other reviews and finally put in a dispute with the credit card company.
Additionally they were the ONLY website to offer the size that I needed which explains why I landed up using them. Other reviews noted the same issue. SCAM!!!!

I was suspicious as that website store does not have paypal to pay and they have available in all sizes Adidas sneakers that are sold out in all other real website stores, so I checked the nighshop address in google maps, which according to the nighshop website is 2480 E Michigan St, Orlando, FL 32806, USA.
That is actually a company named Civil Engineering Group Inc.
Definitely nighshop is a SCAM!
