I have been waiting for 3 weeks to receive my refund. I have had confirmation from them that they have received my returned items. I have messaged and emailed them but have had no reply at all. Very disappointed.
I ordered a pair of the croissant pyjamas and was impressed with the extremely quick delivery. However, when I received my item, I noticed small black marks on the front and back. I was initially disappointed, as I had intended to give these as a gift, so I emailed The Night Store customer support to inform them of the issue.
They responded the same day, apologised, acknowledged that I had been sent a faulty pair, and offered to send a replacement right away. The new pair arrived within days and were perfect!
The customer service I received was second to none — quick, efficient, and resolved to my expectations. I could not have asked for more. The pyjamas are beautiful, high quality, and make a lovely gift for my friend.

I haven't even received my items yet but the customer service has been faultless. If the clothing is anywhere near as good then I will be a returning purchaser for sure!
Saw the lovely croissant pyjamas advertised and thought they'd be great to lounge around the house in. Quickly found them on the website, they are relaxed fit so imagined as a size 10, the size 10/12 would be a perfectly suitable fit. Order placed, including a £5 delivery fee and received a few days later. Sadly they are HUGELY oversized....as in, the pants fall down unless they are tightened to a ridiculous degree. I simply can't wear them. Anyway, I've just gone to return them and wondered why there was a £4 handling fee. Oh, that's the cost to return which you can't avoid even though it's only £2.89 to post it back via Evri yourself! Next thing they want me to print the return label, it's 2025 barely anyone owns a functional printer these days (also trees?) - fine, if I must...of course its misaligned! So at this point I have a pair of pyjamas that are more suited to an elephant, a wonky returns label I had to print myself and I'm down £9 for the privilege. Would be nice if you gave people an idea about HOW oversized they are prior to ordering. Not great for a first...and last experience.
I ordered a set of pjs on pre sale. They were then advertised for £16 less when I checked the website again. I emailed and they refunded me the difference. Now they are available immediately, yet I've no idea when to expect my order and they do not want to respond to any of my emails. I've received the £16 and it says I've had a refund, yet they still owe me £44.
Really unhappy and I feel like I've been ripped off
It's such a shame because the patterns are so pretty, but the customer service is terrible.
I purchased two of the Matcha pyjamas, but they were not true to size, and the arms were so long, and they were much too long in the leg, unfortunately.
( I also purchased a short set, and two further short sets before the first order arrived)
I have been emailing them for a few weeks to be completely ignored, as I needed assistance with the returns process because I don't think they were as described, and nowhere before ordering does it say there would be a handling fee if returning.

I would just like this sorted, I'm only trying to return two pairs of pyjamas that were not as described.
Love the blue print PJs with lace trim . Have about 10 pairs of PJs , night gowns and robes from The Night Store . All great quality and quick delivery. Generous sizing that’s comfortable to sleep in . Designs are modern and stylish . I always look out for the new releases and fantastic bargains in the sales .
Have bought various pairs of pyjamas from Night over the last couple of years - I’m always impressed by the quality and they wash well! Highly recommend!
I'm long bodied and your pyjama trousers are the only ones that I've ever found that fit me comfortably, thanks to the excellent cut.
I'm delighted to have found your products and will doubtless be back for more, as the quality is also excellent and the designs are lovely.
Returned my parcel for a refund and it looks like it may have got lost - but no one from Customer Service is replying to my emails from the past two weeks.

Wouldn't have even give them a 1 " it's all fine if the pjs or nighties are fine if you want to keep them , but if there's a problem if you don't like them or changed your mind good luck getting a refund HE (DANIEL) does NOT want to give you a refund , I got a pjs and changed my mind so I sent them back emailed him never heard anything I Paid £4.+ for return which he said he would refund me cost me near £20. He sent me £8 .back after loads of emails I think it's best to just warn people STAY CLEAR .😡😡

Awful after sales experience trying to get a refund. Return reached them on 24th February and still waiting, lots of emails and no replies. Poor communication! avoid!

I only buy items in the sale/when reduced as they can be very expensive, however the quality is great. I’ve got multiple sets of the loungewear, which is so soft and luxurious feeling. I’ve also got multiple sets of the velvet pyjamas too. I love them.

Ordered a robe, however a pyjama set was delivered. Contacted Daniel at the Night Store who handled the issue swiftly, sending the robe for next day delivery and also advising me to keep the pyjama set to avoid any inconvenience.
Excellent customer service.

I ordered two sets of PJs with free 48 hour delivery. Over 2 weeks later no PJs had arrived. I ordered them the beginning of December and were to be worn throughout December as my Christmas PJs. I contacted customer support, who offered no apology or explanation. Just said they were for dispatch the next day. The following day I had an email to say they had been sent out. After they arrived one set fitted perfectly the other to big, so I returned the next day. It then took over a month and 4 emails to the night store to gain my refund. It was only after my fourth rather stern email I had a like warm apology and refund. I would not use again or recommend.

Lovely quality products. I processed a return in January after Christmas and didn't get any response to emails. I eventually got my refund after posting a review here.
