Amazing customer service!

Unrecognisable from the company I've previously dealt with. I honestly can't fault the customer service I've received since the new owners took over, thanks Deb and team! I'm so pleased with my loungewear, I'll definitely order again.

I had a great experience with the night store, I ordered some pyjamas and the customer service was brilliant, fast response and instantly resolved.
I am really shocked at some other reviews as the company I have dealt with is worlds apart and so helpful.

Will shop again!

Great shopping experience

Great shopping experience. Lovely night clothes, easy to order. Good communication since new owners have taken over and updates on deliveries. Will be ordering again soon.

The Night Store has recently been taken over and aim glad to say thank god it has. Having placed an order a few weeks back, I received no communication at all and after the third attempt decided that I’d been scammed. Thankfully, I received a response last week from the new owners who have been incredible at communicating with me and dealing with the backlog of orders including mine. Please give this company a chance to improve the ratings.

I had previously placed an order with The Night Store under the previous owners and unfortunately experienced a number of issues. However, since the company has changed ownership, my experience has been completely different. Debs was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve the situation, and after I got in touch, my new set arrived within just two days.

The customer service was excellent and really reassuring, and the loungewear sets themselves are beautiful, comfortable, and great quality. It’s clear the new team genuinely cares about their customers and the service they provide.

Because of this positive experience, I’ll definitely be ordering from The Night Store again and would happily recommend them to others looking for lovely, comfortable loungewear.

Fantastic turnaround!

After having a bad start ordering stock from this company in January the new owners have exceeded expectations. Once contacted explaining the issue my item was sent out via next day delivery. I am really pleased with the set it’s really comfortable and high quality, i will be purchasing more! Thanks again!

Got to say I honestly never thought I’d…

Got to say I honestly never thought I’d hear from this company ever again -but I was wrong. I thought my money was gone. Since Debs has taken over she and her team are starting to turn things round quickly. I received my wife’s loungewear set the following day after Deb personally responded to my email of despair.
Hang on in there- I’m sure all the clothes are on their way out to the customers as they are working through the bottleneck of orders.
Thanks again Deb and team.
Great quality set, somewhat delayed but now very happy wife.

Abysmal service now resolved

Now resolved by new Company owners.
100% customer service both issues resolved immediately

Abysmal service
No returns portal had to wait for someone to send me the information to return.
Then they did not refund me for all the items returned.
In chasing they said the item had been used.
Which was absolutely untrue it was not opened as it was for a 1 month old baby.
As the baby did not arrive before Christmas I did not even send the gift to the family.
I asked for the item to be returned if they weren’t refunding me but was ignored.

Zero communication , no items and no refund received.

I have been trying to contact the night store since the beginning of the year when I returned items in exchange for different sizes and a partial refund. After numerous attempts to communicate with the company, my requests have either been completely ignored or I have received an automated email stating they will contact me soon - not happened and not happy.

Order didn’t arrive no response

I actually ordered from The Night Store as they mistakenly sent me an email that was clearly meant to be internal, and as an apology they offered me a discount because I should never have seen the message in the first place.

Out of curiosity I took a look at their website and thought some of the offers looked good, so I decided to place an order for a set.

That was six weeks ago.

I still haven’t received my order, and despite sending several follow-up emails asking for an update, I have had absolutely no response.

The whole experience has been extremely disappointing. Poor communication, no delivery, and no customer service when trying to resolve the issue.

I would not recommend this company and would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Ordered 5 weeks ago, no goods, no email or refund

I placed an order for 3 items over 5 weeks ago and not received any part of my order.
I notified them by email giving my order number and order confirmation and a copy of the bank transaction.
I received an acknowledgment almost immediately saying they were looking into things but since then a big fat zero!!
I’ve asked for updates but again sadly no response or update which is pretty poor customer service to say the least.
I shall give it until the end of the week and then try to obtain my money back via the credit card company. Needless to say I will NEVER BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN which is a shame because my order was repeat business

Unfortunately, I’ve experienced the same issue that many others seem to have had. I placed my first order on 26th January for three lounge sets, with an expected delivery time of 7–10 days. A month later, nothing has arrived.

I’ve made several attempts to contact the company regarding my order. I received one generic automated response and no meaningful follow-up since.

As I’ve still not received my items or any proper communication, I’ve now had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover the payment.

Very disappointing experience — I would strongly advise others to avoid
