The clothes arrived nicely folded in a paper bag and packed well. One item was out of stock and I got refunded without asking. Prices are really unbeatable so I'm sure I will be a returning customer :)

Generally good
Generally good. One item misadvertised and when I asked for a refund I was told I could return it only at a cost to me. The item was literally £1.95 so obviously not worth sending back but I’m surprised they didn’t just take it on the chin and accept they misadvertised the item and refunded that tiny amount. They would then have a returning customer and would have avoided this mention in the review.

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. As explained in the previous email there was nothing wrong with the product itself for me to issue a refund, if it was a genuine error or fault in the item that was missed I would have done so. You ordered shorts and that's what you got delivered in very good condition as it was described. Just having a net lining inside doesn't make shorts suitable only for swimming they are still fit for purpose and you'll find all shorts similar to the one's you purchased listed in the shorts section in our store as they are suitable for general use too. If the way items are listed in our shop are putting you off from shopping with us again, I am very sorry to hear that but I have put in a lot of work and my time to be able to offer my customers quality service and items at such low prices. Excellent customer service
The cardigans were both in very good condition. There was a problem with the delivery address and when I contacted them they were very quick to respond fortunately our lovely postlady knew where I lived.
