I accidentally pressed the wrong shipping method, contacted customer service and they sorted it out so quickly for me. The outfit was lovely too 🫶🏼

DO NOT USE this company. You can’t return orders even if faulty. When pressed for a return they agreed then delayed refund and ignored emails and chat bot messages. After much badgering and using a third party advocate they finally refunded money with a very curt reply to my previous messages.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a three piece bodysuit, the description said it will come with matching briefs and stockings. The stockings never arrived. I have emailed them twice but they are ignoring my emails. I have requested a refund and they are also ignoring that. I have raised a disput with my credit card company to get the money back

Do not order from this company, I returned some items to them, they emailed to confirm reciept and that the refund would be processed and I never recieved the refund, after emailing them twice and having no response I had to seek advice from trading standards to finally get my refund, very disappointing.

Avoid this company at all costs. Cheaply made Chinese imported lingerie that is just rebranded as “Nikki Intimates”. You can find the same stuff on Shein and other similar suppliers for a fraction of the cost. Poor quality, doesn’t fit well and you will ultimately end wanting to send it back. You’ll be chasing your money for weeks and weeks whilst being ignored by their customer service team, and you only end up getting the refund raised after you threaten them with bad social reviews and trading standards, otherwise they lie to you and tell you the refund has already been raised when it obviously hasn’t. Coincidently my refund was raised an hour after I threatened them with bad reviews (20 days after they confirmed receipt of the items), but they still maintain that the refund was raised at an earlier date. You are charged £3.50 just to raise a return, you have to pay for delivery, you can’t return stockings (even if they’re still sealed), so you end up losing 50% of what you paid in the first place. The stockings that you buy from them are literally just sent straight from China (has Chinese packaging and everything). They don’t even bother to rebrand them, which would probably coincide with why you can’t return them. Do yourself a favour and don’t be fooled by their bombardment of social media posts. I took a gamble on this company after seeing it all over Facebook, but lesson learned. Avoid and buy from somewhere reputable. You really do get what you pay for.

Delivery says within 48hrs. I ordered Monday it’s now Wednesday and nothing! This happens every time I’ve used this website. Delivery times are shocking

Ordered a pair of stockings for my girlfriend and they was advertised as one size fits all so when my girlfriend tries them on (she’s a size 10)
She can’t even get them over her knee and this company has said you can only return within 14 days and unopened but not stockings or knickers that are opened, what are we witches that can see through a package that they are too small, no offer of a refund,

There is no customer service at all on this website. They are not responding to e-mails after sending the wrong items. Wasting time and money. AVOID

I ordered some items from this website which were way too small. I returned them back in October & I am still waiting on a refund. It was all completed within the 14 days, but I still have not received this.
The items are very cheap & are very small. Don’t bother ordering from this website.

Rubbish customer service. Tried to do a return in their return portal which is a nightmare in itself, for it to say I couldn't refund as it had been over 14 days when it had been 10. So had to email them for them to send a link. Returned the next day, 14 days later still no refund, so msg them again to be told I have to wait 14 days lol. Now been 19 days and still no refund. Don't waste your time or money, order from another site!

Worse customer service ever ! Idk who is hiring these CS, but the person I had replying to my emails was the rudest person I’ve had to deal with. Absolutely no help, no apology and blatant sarcasm and rude comments.

Oh and btw, after my order eventually arrived I was not at all surprised to find out how poor quality their products are. Thin cheap materials with very poor stitching.

I ordered from this brand using next day delivery. I then received an email saying my order had been delayed due to stock not being available. I was never advised of any delays or pre order. I contacted the brand to express my disappointment I was advised my order would be send out the end of that week then got sent a complete different item to what I had ordered, the brand then said I would have to go out of my way to return this item to them before they would refund me and they would not process a refund until I returned it . I asked for compensation as I would have to go out of my way to return this and travel and they advised they would only offer me a 30% off code… which is no benefit / compensation to me as I will not be giving anymore money to this shocking brand with shocking customer service . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Terrible customer service!!
Ordered two bikinis two weeks ago, when I emailed to ask where they were I eventually got a reply to say they may be lost in transit.They asked me to wait for another week and if not delivered they offered to resend or a refund.
I’m now being ignored on email and other platforms so I haven’t received the items or had a refund!

Ordered a set from their website order it with next day delivery, then got an email the following day to say it wasn’t in stock but would be in stock in a few days then be delivered the following Monday. Then when checked the site the same item was still on there in stock why not update the website to show it being out of stock?
