Too many bad reviews. I haven't ordered yet, but after reading all these bad reviews I'm very sceptical about ordering. The stuff on the website looks great, however looks can be deceiving.

Decided to try this website

Decided to try this website, ordered Saturday 23rd, got email with tracking Sunday 24th, today is Monday 25th and still my tracking is saying waiting for package to arrive at courier.

Update- received reply, they advised that the courier doesn’t operate Sunday and public holiday. Will update tomorrow and update review if I do receive. Thanks

Update2- damn I was wrong. They came through and stuff looks legit and proper. Quality stuff, would recommend

Been customer for around 2 years

Been customer for around 2 years. They not the same as it used to be. They used to have good buds but not anymore. I got 14g of skittlez and it’s some street poor stuff. Charge you premium for crap. No buzz , no coughing and awful taste. Send them pictures and ask for assistance. 5 days later and nothing from them. Shame as they used to be cool.
Edit:
They emailed me back after confirming it’s me. They said they will give me complimentary gift if I will make another order. After I said I don’t trust them anymore and won’t order again, they wrote “individual body intake can sometimes affect the experience”. “Please allow us to review your case again” they said. That was 2 days ago and nothing since. Wasted 120 with them.

I found this site as my usually street…

I found this site as my usually street person have let me down so much and hate waiting around.. I was skeptical as saw mixed reviews about delivery etc, I contacted the support staff and they were amazing throughout and my delivery have arrived today :) thank you so much guys! They really are legit:) will be ordering more next Friday:)

Issue with shipping (resolved)

Had a similar issue as a few people recently! Order wasn't showing anything on the tracking for about a week, contacted costumer support and my order was delivered the day right after. Was honestly scared I'd gotten scammed lol

edit: I'm new to this, but can confirm the edibles are the real thing

Missing Order - Resolved!

I ordered on the 23rd and didn't receive for a week, so I got in contact with the customer service team through the support ticket section of the website. I was asked to wait a couple more days to confirm it being lost, and did so. Once they considered it lost after this period, it was then reshipped, and it arrived the day after! I was concerned as there are other reviews that mention missing orders, maybe a shipment of theirs went missing? Either way, if you are missing something, they WILL sort it for you if you open a support ticket with them and they are very nice.

Item hasn’t arrived

This is my second order. I ordered last thursday and still haven’t received it. Been in contact with support who says they are waiting to hear from their management about next steps. Same story as many others where royal mail hasn’t received the parcel. I’ve been asking for a replacement but no replies from the support team anymore. Items are expensive and I hope I haven’t been robbed of my money.

Several amazing orders with quick delivery, but pretty sure they are just scamming now. Orders take about a week to arrive if they arrive at all and customer service can’t give any insight into the matter whatsoever if they even respond at all. DO NOT BUY
