I bought an air tag wallet by this brand. It felt apart when I tried to put my cards and air tag in it. Absolutely rubbish quality. Avoid this brand , avoid this seller

These scammers used to trade under the Nimalist name. Bought a wallet which fell to bits within 6 months. They ignored all requests for refund / customer service. AVOID

I bought two wallets from Nimalist-store.com. They were trading as Nimalist. Unfortunately, both wallets fell apart after a few months (the stitching, the clasp, etc), and one of them has become completely unusable. I have been trying for six months to get hold of them to get them to honour the lifetime warranty, but they have never responded. Today when i check their site it seems like they are no more. What a bunch of cowboys. Be warned; do not give them your money if they return and start trading again. It looks like they are a scam.

Bought the airtag wallet and after a year the stiching has failed. They offre a lifetime warranty, if you can get hold of them. Email bounces back, Warranty Claim page does not work.

Never respond to customer service requests. BUYER BEWARE

Bought wallet in 2022 Order NM22-146550 . Wallet worn after 12 months , stitching failing . Contacted them , completed form for the warranty and replacement. No reply . Fake set up , no lifetime warranty as promised . Stay clear folks .

Bought a leather wallet from this company. Very poor quality and it ripped open within months. No reply to any customer service and you cannot leave a review on their site. I have tried to make a claim under the life time warranty and they have not replied to any of my several emails. This company is a shame and you should not buy from them at all. Beware!

I purchased their "AirTag Wallet - Premium Leather" wallet in July, 2022. It took a very long time to receive my order, which initially made me think I was scammed, but it was because it shipped directly from China. After less than a year of very light use, the wallet has fallen apart at the seems. I don't commute or have it on me for more than a couple of hours a week and it's still in terrible shape. I also bought a metal wallet and key tags, which have held up considerably better, but I would not recommend their leather products. You're getting a cheaply made product with a premium price.

I also ordered a Premium Leather (hahaha) AirTag Bifold Wallet from these clowns in August 2022. The seam on the clear pocket split within weeks of normal (light) use. Have tried without any success to contact them multiple times. No response.

I ordered an AirTag Wallet - Premium Leather Wallet from NIMALIST back in August, 2022. Recently the wallet is falling apart due to poor quality "fake" leather. I have made several attempts to get in touch with them. So far, no response.

Wallet falling apart at seams, no response from NIMALIST after numerous requests. Feels like a scam company, and recommend that people think twice before ordering their products.

ITS A SCAM they never contact you if you want to return a product !!! Check trustpilot before using them and thank me later

Hope you see their avalanche of 1 star reviews here and are lucky enough to avoid this scam. Disappointing with the sheer number of people scammed that Facebook and others continue to take money and have their users scammed. Absolute piece if s#$% wallet that will fall apart on you in no time and like others you will get zero support from these scammers

Bought a wallet late august 2022 and I already need to get a new one in March 2023. I tried a couple times to contact them for a warranty claim but they never responded to me. I also spent extra for a “premium” wallet thinking it would be nice but the whole side and bottom ripped out within a couple months. Don’t buy from these people.

Premium leather is a complete joke. Have been reaching out for a month with no response. I am just going to dispute my credit card. This is ridiculous

I ordered three ”carbon fiber” airtag keychains for a total of $60 but received some very poor quality plastic keychains that are completely unusable. They don’t respond to my emails either. DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Terrible product and even worse customer service. I’ve made my claim after my wallet fell apart at the seams only months into using up. Save your money and buy else where.

Customer service is a joke. Non-existent. Reached out because wallet broke, but no response. And chat function does not work. Do NOT buy from this company!!
