Verification and withdrawal issues
I placed a couple of deposits totalling £530. No problem there, I played a few games and have managed to get my balance to just over £4700.
Now I'm having serious troubles trying to withdraw. The maximum amount is £1500 daily and £4000 weekly.
However I can't withdraw anything yet as they are demanding doçuments which they say will take around 24 hours to verify. I have supplied these doçuments and yet after 24 hours I've heard nothing except that it's still checking my doçuments.
There live chat is polite. I'm living in hope I can manage to withdraw and will update the rating but I'm not holding my breath.
Update - I received my first withdrawal today! So beware folks dont expect anything quick. In summing up the verification process is long and tedious and the withdrawal process slower than slow, hence the 3 stars now.

Absolutely shocking site, win big… money and account gone
Absolutely shocking site, won big £15100, went back into my account funds are gone then access to the account restricted. Spoke with management….plenty apologises but apparently nothing they can do my issue not there’s. couldn’t care less about complaints. Aslong as people are putting money in. Put all the blame on me my fault for not securing my account properly apparently when it was. nothing they can do. Disgraceful customer service!
And the most generic reply as expected not there fault, blame the customer covering there own arse!
