Do not give this company your money! They’ll happily take it but don’t expect anything back should you win!
Had multiple genuine reviews up here but Trustpilot took them down at the request of Ninewin, so I’ll start again -
I won €24000 on Ninewin almost a year ago to the day. I was informed I was verified and had completed all necessary checks. I then tried to withdraw my winnings and this is where the lies began. They told me that it had processed from their end but when it didn’t show up I contacted them and they told me I cancelled it. Why on earth would I do that?? Long story short, they closed my account and refused to pay my winnings WITHOUT REASON. I contacted CEG mad they sided with the casino and gave NO REASON. These websites and governing bodies are just plain corrupt and are most likely just laundering money. I’ve still never received my winnings or an explanation of why they won’t pay me. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid like the plague, these locusts will never pay
UPDATE TO NINEWIN’S REPLY:
You do know what ‘transparency’ means??? It’s bloody insulting you write this same copy/paste message everytime. Just own up that you have no intention in paying anyone and you’ll pull out any old excuse not to. In my case you didn’t even bother with an excuse! Scumbags. Will be sure to let other websites and potential players know about the downright shady, thieving business practices of ‘NONEWIN’. I’m sure spamming of the Ninewin name will do wonders for your SEO 😂💪🏻
