No transparency on fixing bugs
I bought a plugin Ninja Forms - User Management and it didn't work from the start. I'm already committed to their products so can't back track now and just take a refund.
They've been aware of the issue for 6 weeks and still refuse to tell me when it's going to be looked at, not even fixed.
When asking for an update these are the literal responses I've gotten:
"Sorry I do not have an update."
"Not at this time"
That's it.
The other products work OK so I've giving them 1 extra star. But the customer support is a joke.
