Everything was ok. The Deliveri and the Shipping. But in my eyes, the prices are too high. My lovely product was sold out on every webshop instead of Ninthavenue. But in all the other shops, my product is the halv way cheaper then here.

Finally found!
I was looking for a specific belly oil I was using in Canada and finally found it in this website. Price was 3 times as much, but totally worth it, the service was excellent and delivery time was very fast

- filtering and search function on the website is not the best
- delivery takes very very long. I thought the products would be delivered from Switzerland but it came internationally

The Product was delivered rather swiftly, but the product i got does not look like the product in the photo which makes me skeptical whether i got what I asked for

I ordered make-up from a brand that is only available in the US. The price was rather high, but that is expected if you want a product that is not easy to get in Europe. The communication about the order and order status updates came prompt and the delivery in time and the product as expected in very good / unopened condition and of high quality.

Relatively quick delivery and efficient purchasing process

I was a bit worried when I first ordered and didn’t receive a confirmation email but I received my order very quickly and the device worked very well ! Overall I’m very pleased.

NinthAvenue has a good customer service.
A few days later after the order has been purchased, the customer service informed me about the delivery and the tracking of the shipment. They made sure that I was informed about the arrival of the shipment including providing me with the tracking number. I also appreciated that they informed me about the costs of import duties in general. Nevertheless, they made me aware that they will absorb the costs of any import duties. Thank you for your service!

On 19 August I ordered White Strips for teeth whitening from these guys costing about $85.00, Today is 15 October. I've contacted them several times. They didn't give any worthwhile responses. They are located in Switzerland and so am I so, the only reason I can think of for the delay is THEFT.
