Extremely awful service and experience.

Ordered a full sized version item, was sent the mini size. The original costs $78 on the Sephora website, NinthAvenue listed theirs at $90+, nowhere on their website did they state that they are selling the mini version, they used images of the full sized product to promote the listing. Yet when I expressed my frustration and confusion, they had offered a 15% store coupon instead of a refund, saying that they sent the right item and that it was me who didn't clarify, how is the customer in the wrong when the company doesn't list the correct item?! This was just such an awful and bizarre experience.
Please deal with them at your own risk.

It's very easy to place an order but the delivery is kind of long.

The company delivered on time and contacted me promptly after my email to them when I was under the impression that my order still had not arrived yet despite the arrived status written on the page where I was tracking my order. The order came in good condition. So yes, I would recommend Ninth Avenue to my friends.

The copper bowl was lovely. Solid material and not those thin sheet of metal that gets dented easily. I’m using it for foot soak as I think it’s better than commercially sold plastic basins. Even better than those wood basins as I had one before and it leaked. Also with wood, worried about mold buildup. Copper is the way to go. Price wise I think reasonable for the quality n workmanship. Only negative comment was the delivery timeline.. took over a month I think. But I’m glad it arrived. Lovely piece of work.

Purchased a vanity chair from this website for ~$570. Once payment was made I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Eventually received a confirmation message with a delivery date and another message that the item was delayed and would ship a couple of weeks later. When the date came there was no follow up and no replies to my emails. Eventually I managed to get in touch with them and the item was finally shipped.

When the item arrived, the base was damaged and the build quality was shocking. There were sharp screws sticking out the bottom and the hardware used was extremely low quality. Would not have paid $50 for this chair if I had seen it in person let alone $500.

Items are extremely low quality for the price. Scam quality I would say.

Scam company. I ordered 6 refill pack for method gel hand wash. They shipped me 1 and it leaked. Called their number no pick up, just say busy, sounds like a lie. Email also no reply.
Don’t ever buy from this company.
I know they want to scam because the DHL package value is only 20 USD and the weight is 1kg. I paid $94 for the refill bundle.

Ordering is Smooth n easy. Received in good condition.

I am happy as I am able to purchase items that are not found locally.

After 20 days of waiting for my ordered items (2 Cinema Secrets foundation), 1 item was tagged as Delivered but item received was NOT what i ordered. Called their hotline many times, left my no. in their machine for a call back yet received nothing. After numerous back and forth emails, resending of photos of what ir odered and what I've wrongly received, 1 item finally got delivered correctly (this after 1 month since i placed my order). As of now, sttill waiting for them to send my other missing order, nor provide a refund. Never buying from them again.

Products were delivered as purchased but delivery period was longer than expected.

I bought the ZEVA straight razor package since it give a lot of items, biiiiiiig mistake.
The razor blade doesn't cut at all, the soap does not provide a good foam, the brush drops hair like crazy.
The only good thing is the stand.
Also the package is waaaaay over priced at 240. I found same package online for 90 USD (and looks more genuine
Just dont be lazy like me and get scammed and drop 200 sgd on just a shaving stand.

Local Delivery agent should be faster.
