It's been almost 8 days and there is no clarity on delivery.

Also tried contacting over WhatsApp and call and Instagram but no one is responding.

I have to go to London on Tuesday and was expecting this to come soon but no response yet.

You had sent me two emails confirming that an item Nivea Men Shaving Gel Protect & Care is back in stock. I placed an order for 2 pieces through the link to the product in of the emails and paid for it. 2 days later, i get a call it is not in stock and you will refund the money. while the money was refunded 3 days later, I cannot understand why the mail email was sent without actual restocking occurring
