Extremely unprofessional management, arbitrary suspensions, and withholding customer data
I had an exceptionally disappointing and unprofessional experience with NobleHost. My services were abruptly suspended based entirely on unfounded assumptions, without a single technical log, network trace, or piece of server evidence to back up their claims.

Unprofessional Support: When asked for technical proof, the owner responded with internet memes, mockery, and deflected rather than providing system logs or console records.
Arbitrary Rule Enforcement: The suspension was justified using screenshots of Discord member profiles, despite no proof of unauthorized scripts or network abuse originating from their hosting infrastructure.
Withholding Customer Data: After the suspension, the owner explicitly refused to provide a backup or export of my files and server data.
Threatening Behavior: When confronted with factual arguments regarding their own Terms of Service, the conversation devolved into threats of permanent bans and retaliatory reports.
