I'll never go anywhere else!
Although Noble wasn’t even my insurer—the fault lay with their customer—I found their team far easier to deal with than my own insurer. Marine & General (previously Craft Insure) takes around five days just to respond to an email, which turned what should have been a quick resolution into a process that dragged on for weeks.
Caitlin at Noble provided absolutely spot-on, 100% customer service. When it comes to renewal, I won’t be looking anywhere else.

I dislike the situation I have been in because the hurdles I have needed to negotiate for repairs to take place and finally get the boat back
I dislike the situation I have been in with all insurances at present and will give you honest my view on Noble Marine when the all is resolved with my current issue with repairs to my boat.
