After hearing fromnolaris I now know that the delivery company/person is at fault. Beware....

never got order of 3 bottles of spray cleaner…
The order of 3 bottles of spray cleaner never arrived! Your notification that it had been picked up at the local post office was invalid. I checked with the post office and they had no info concerning the order number. I did NOT pick up the order at the post office, as your email said. Perhaps someone else did, but the bottom line is that I did NOT receive the product ordered. I still want it but I certainly am NOT going to reorder from you. My credit card was recently compromised, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was this transaction that did that. I usually pay with PayPal, so I don't think I actually entered the credit card info into your website when I completed the order. I sent a request earlier to try to resolve the issue, but never got a response...

I still have not recieved my item
An update to my original review. I recieved an email this afternoon saying they are going to refund the full amount I paid. I believe it was a sincere apology with the email and it very well may have just been an honest mistake. I love the idea of the product I saw advertised. I wish I had recieved it, I would like to try it out to let you guys know if it worked as advertised.So while I didn't recieve the item I am getting my money refunded. I would like to thank the company for doing the right thing.I still have not recieved my item. I've emailed support twice and have gotten no response.

Most online companies don't credit you back if you tell them honestly what happened. My teenage sister is really good at using my credit card for items she wants but can't afford, so I'm the next best thing. The soil activator worked great
The soil activator worked great. I used it on transplanted trees and plants and all of them lived. I also used it on a gardenia tree that was about dead and it began sprouting new leaves. I liked it so much I gave some to my neighbor.
