Nomberry Avis 101

This is a fake company from China. Prada hat is fake. They refused to send the return label even when I asked them to cancel my transaction straight after I ordered because I saw the reviews. Do not order from this company.

Nomberry isn’t a professional company and the cheating their customers. The promise the money back but it is not possibly. You get a voucher and can buy another fake jewels! Be careful and boycott the people behind.

I ordered Hermes earrings on 12/16 and on 1/3 I finally received my earrings and they were Celine earrings. I took a picture of the earrings with my receipt that clearly said Hermes H earrings and they sent me a UPS label. I was annoyed but fine up until this point. I checked the tracking and the earrings arrived on 1/10 so I emailed asking when I should expect the correct earrings and they replied "They were delivered on 1/3, please follow up with your post office" so now they have my money and the incorrect earrings that I sent back. I'm going to take it up with my credit card but what a waste.

THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!! Authenticity card has no signature. The Chanel piece I ordered was not real. They guarantee money back for items returned in same condition. THAT WAS A LIE!!! Then want to offer me store credit. No problem! Thank you for social media. I will make sure no one orders from them again.

These LV Louise earrings are a fake I ordered a pair of LV earrings for Christmas and came across this site and was planning on taking my earrings back to the LV store because I thought they were authentic and they are not! I just got this order and the earrings are way smaller and they are heavy and the authentic ones are not heavy at all! I also ordered a Christian Dior hat and it has strings hanging out along with the tag is fringed and the hat is super big! They are a fraudulent company and shouldn’t be advertising that they are authentic! And it came from HK China! This is ridiculous! If you going to sale fake stuff don’t try and pass it for real because people know what they are buying! And then they have the audacity to send a card saying authentication! I want my money back! If I took this in the store they would laugh at me! This isn’t acceptable their policy say if it’s fake they will refund and I want a full refund and I will be sending this to the BBB and letting them know that this company is a fraud and you can’t be taking people hard working money and thinking they suppose to be ok with this mess! I didn’t read the reviews til after I ordered but I should have know it was to good to be true but I really thought I was buying pristine earrings for a good price and I paid 225 for the earrings and at LV they were 715 plus tax and the hat was 118! I will be reporting them because I’m very Very Upset!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars

Did anyone ask you to verify their identity by sending additional personal information? It sketched me out, so I just let the verification lapse and they canceled my order...

Got my order in 5 days. The tracking number didn't update at all though

I was going to purchase from the company but after reading the reviews i definitely will not be purchasing from them. I knew the prices were too good to be true. It definitely pays to do your research

Extremely happy with this find. A store that has all the necessary accessories. I bought jewelry here, I really liked the quality. I'm still thinking about ordering sneakers, but for now I'm saving money.

I ordered a belt and then immediately requested to cancel due to the reviews I read. The belt got delivered anyways. They also sent me a woman’s belt and not a men’s as listed

They sent me totally different design and size Gucci earrings.
I just opened the box never even touched them and emailed them many times and I never get any replies.
I paid $118 for crap!
I wanna return them and get refund as they say on their site.

Finally they contacted me and they kept saying I was the wrong one who didn’t check carefully the name of the earrings.
I ordered just by looking at their photo of those earrings on Facebook.
They should attach the photo on their confirmation sheet.
They said they will take my return and give me store credit.
I returned from UPS yesterday 11/16/2022.
I’m waiting for their next action.

Purchased a Chanel necklace that was guaranteed authentic in September when I attempted to resale, the item was returned by a trusted authentication company as being a replica. Nomberry will not pay $75 authentication fee I was charged or pay return shipping so that I can get my money back.

I ordered a Valentino necklace and Chanel bracelet. The Chanel bracelet broke the moment I took it out of the box. The quality for both pieces was not good - I own a few authentic pieces purchased directly from both these brands and the Nomberry pieces were made of significantly poorer materials. While they came with an “authentication card” from the company, nothing was authenticated by the actual brands, nor was there any proof of purchase or authenticity from the original owner, which I found odd considering this is billed as consignment. The company refunded me for the broken bracelet but only after I pushed back at the credit they wanted to give me. Based on my experience with the products, I can’t recommend purchasing from this company. The second star is solely for the return process, during which they were very communicative.

Got my order LV necklace with authentication card , good material for now but I’m not sure if the necklace will not tarnish, the delivery is quiet slow although they answer my email when I update my order.
