They say that their jewelry is authentic preowned designer which is false. I bought a Chanel bracelet and it is already tarnishing after one week of wearing. Don’t waste your money

DO NOT BUY: it is a scam. they sell counterfeit products and claim that they are secondhand, real items. Items are shipped from China. I received an item that is not only fake, but also damaged (the gold is scratched). Absolutely not worth your money.

Great product

Great product! Takes a little while to come but it’s worth the wait. Customer service is great and very responsive. I order one Chanel ring from them and absolutely love it! I will definitely be ordering again.

SO... I don’t even know where to start I ordered a bracelet and it went through on my end (charged my card) but I nver received any email completing the transaction. I quickly contacted the email and Instagram I told them what happened sent screenshots explained how I only wanted my product that I paid for and had proof of paying for, instead they kindly said goodbye and goodluck on email, And finally BLOCKED ME ON INSTAGRAM AFTER I CONTACTED THEM FOR SUPPORT. I sent the website domain and this story to authorities so they can be served appropriately for scamming me and all the other people out there that didn’t deserved to be robbed of their hard earned money. Absolutely astonished, this has never happened to me and I’m a frequent online shopper. GO BUY YOUR STUFF SOMEWHERE ELSE

Our systems are automated, if your order was placed, you will automatically receive confirmation email. You sent us a paid screen shot of something we have never seen before, and you claim you paid. We are not sure who you paid or how you paid, but if you can just provide a receipt than it will be a reasonable claim we can investigate. However, we do not see your order in our system and we cannot do anything at this time because of that.

Don't waste your money!

Purchased a bracelet as a gift for my daughter's birthday. It took quite a while to arrive. When she opened it, the leather was unraveled from the bracelet! Very poor quality and poor craftsmanship. I contacted them for a refund and they refused to issue a refund or replacement!! They stated they didn’t know “what I had done to the bracelet in the time I had it”. Their communication was unprofessional and they certainly don’t stand behind their product. They literally said “ARE YOU KIDDING ME HEATHER” in their reply. Who talks to the customer like that?
DO NOT order from this company, it's a waste of money!

I first purchased back in summer of 2020. I bought 3 earrings and only received 2. I contacted support immediately and was assured everything was shipped but in different packages. But after awhile I still did not receive?? I contacted them again and It was to my understanding that the responsibility is on USPS, but they still offered for me to pick another item and they will resend it. Fast forward a month, I received the missing earring too, it was somehow stuck in the USPS internal system for about two months. Since I can’t repay them for the replacement set of earring they sent me, I contacted them to let them know that I will be recommending Nomberry to many people!

Ordered a pair of Chanel sunglasses and the insignia on one of the arms was missing the L. It says Chane. Wish this was disclosed in the description before ordering. Will be wary of future purchases.

Really tacky dime store jewelry

Got 2 pieces today after waiting a month! Lots of excuses about where the jewlery was.
The “Chanel” pin is worth $5 and that is being kind - really bad gold finish on cheap fashion jewelry card and bad settings. Necklace is slightly better- but I was completely ripped off / it is horrible!
