We have recently set up with TP and the onboarding process with Simon was great from start to finish. I was able to fire over any questions on WhatsApp and it was all really personal and straight forward. Would absolutely recommend giving them a go. Woocommerce integration is slick and no issues with it so far.

Since using TP the initial setup process was easy, we had plenty of support in order to get our online portal live. It’s really simple to use and has benefited our business massively as we can take payments from our customers immediately. Massive thank you to the TP team :)

Our supplier Firstdata cut us off with only 60 days notice due to no fault of our own. Thankfully, we found Simon Lowe and he sorted us out with new merchant facilities and a fabulous new payment portal. The processing rates are extremely competitive and Simon's service was outstanding. We are now signed up and it is so wonderful to actually be able to talk to your merchant acquirer when you have any questions. We are very happy and we would highly recommend.

We were looking for a provider who is more connected to its client unlike some of the big corps and got this with Total Processing.
We required some hand holding at first but now we are on track.
Next day payments could be sooner hence the four stars.
