Needed some new work shirts and decided to try Nooktee. Placed my order on a Wednesday and had them by Friday - shipping was faster than expected. The three t-shirts are incredible quality for the price. 100% cotton that's soft but durable, and the fit is true to size using their chart. The printing is what really stands out though. Colors are exactly as shown on the website, no fading or weird tints. The graphics have crisp edges and feel smooth, not raised or plastic-y like some other places I've tried. After a few washes they still look brand new. Customer support was helpful too when I messaged about tracking updates. Great experience all around.

What impressed me most wasn't just the great shirt I got, but how much care went into the packaging. It came in a recyclable poly-mailer that kept everything completely dry during a rainy week. Inside, the shirt was folded perfectly with a tissue sleeve around it - no creases anywhere. You can tell this company actually thinks about the customer experience. The shirt itself is exactly what I hoped for. Soft cotton that feels like it'll last, and the print quality is fantastic. The colors are vibrant and the graphic has really sharp lines. Even the price was fair for this level of quality. Customer service was quick to respond when I had a question about sizing before ordering. Everything about this purchase felt right.

Bought a shirt that ended up being too big and I was dreading having to deal with returns. Nooktee made it incredibly easy though - just logged into my account and printed a prepaid return label. Dropped it off at the post office and had my refund back in about 8 days well within their promised timeframe. The shirt itself was really well made. The shoulder to-shoulder taping was clean seams lay flat and you could tell the stitching was done right. Print quality was excellent too with sharp details and vibrant colors that didn't feel thick or rubbery. Even though it didn't fit me right I could appreciate the quality. Will definitely try ordering again in a smaller size.

Nook Tee apparently uses a very rigid script. Take your money (issued to an individual, not a company), change the status to shipped then sit back and see if you will challenge them or just let them rip you off. When challenged, the story will be "terribly sorry, just discovered it was lost in transit". It's surprisingly easy to lose a package that has never been shipped. If it smells like a rip-off, it probably is one. I would urge you that if you have money to donate to choose a worthy children's charity not this place.

I would give them less than one star if that was an option. I ordered a shirt as a gift for a particular occasion and in what should have been plenty of time for shipping. I waited well past the time I should have received it before reaching out to the company. I emailed customer service since there is no phone number to call. I have yet to hear any response at all.

The shirts themselves are 100% cotton and feel amazing, really soft but substantial. The fit is exactly what I expected from the size chart. What really blew me away was the shipping. Got my tracking number the same day I ordered, and they arrived two days early! The package was one of those weather-resistant poly mailers, and everything was folded perfectly with tissue paper. No wrinkles or anything. Already planning my next order because this is exactly what online shopping should be like.

Ordered a t shirt, original order lost, had to reach out to get another shipped when received it was faded and the colors were bled out. Reached out to their customer service and got no responses. Terrible service.

Trash company! Took over a month to arrive. They tell me first shirt got lost and they shipped a new one with the same tracking number. You can't use same tracking number they never shipped the original shirt.

The shirt looks and fits great! It arrived quickly, just as I ordered, and the price was awesome. Will order more for sure!
