No Probs Plumbing and Gas Avis 4

Had a blocked drain, rang No Probs to organise a plumber to come out to fix it. Was told because I asked for same day(a week day) service it would be classified as an emergency and I would be charged a hefty $132 call out fee. Anyway I decided to go ahead.. 7 hours later, so not really prioritised in my opinion!! I was given a quote by the plumber to do the job, $700 plus the $132, which I did think was a little excessive, however at this late stage in the day I was desperate to free up my toilet so I went ahead. Then to top it off I was also given the bad news that even after clearing the blockage which was due to tree roots the pipe would likely block up again in a matter of weeks, (which I find very hard to believe) so I would really need my pipes relined and was quoted a cost of nearly $8,000. I declined because again I found that very excessive!! Okay my pipes were cleared however at a very high price. Unfortunately next time I will be shopping around for a better quote as not happy with theirs.

I have had No Probs Plumbing do several jobs around the house now and I could not be happier. They are always on time and the quotes are fantastic. They don't try to sell you something you don't need and if the job is smaller than quoted they wont slog ya for the whole thing, 10/10 would recommend and have recommended to friends and family
