Avoid only interested in getting money out of you
After the initial offer there was no communication about the hefty monthly subscription charges which were going to be automatically applied. Hadn't used the app and didn't notice the charges to begin with. Asked for a refund which was refused. Avoid, they are only interested in your money.

I feel very unhappy about my experience…
I feel very unhappy about my experience with this company. I signed up to a 4 week plan for £15.80, but recently found the company has charged me £79.11 to auto-renew. There was no reminder of this (as most services provide who want to be transparent to customers) and it has caused me financial difficulty. I have asked for a refund but this has been refused. I would not recommend this company at all and wish I had taken the time to read these reviews before I signed up.

The App is not fit for purpose
The App is not fit for purpose. No clear verbal or video instructions, impossible to follow the instructions as they are. Charged for items I have not received, no emails received from Nord saying there would be charge also unable to unsubscribe, unable to reset password.

TOTAL FRAUD
TOTAL FRAUD - BE AWARE -
I only put one star because there is nothing less, this company is a total scam their app does not work, your face is the same and is impossible to follow. But they scam you with a trial for $24.00 dollars to try for a month and obviously after the first week you know is not working, and delete the app, but this thieves they say you are in a subscription and they charge you without your approval because they keep your cc information, they charge $158.94, please contact the District Attorney and asked them to punish this people.

Be very cautious with Nord Yoga subscriptions.
I paid USD $21.18 for what my receipt described as a “4-week plan.” There was no mention in the confirmation email of a trial, auto-renewal, or a future charge of USD $105.94.
A month later, my card was charged USD $105.94. Customer support later claimed the original order was actually a trial subscription that converted automatically, but this was not disclosed in the receipt I received.
They canceled the subscription only after I complained, but refused to refund the charge.
The supposed subscription terms and recurring billing were not presented in the original receipt.
NOTE: The priority of this company, in my experience, is solely profit; they put no focus on the holistic customer experience. Avoid ordering from this company.

TOTAL SCAM!! Can someone from Nord Yoga contact me to cancel my unintended eternal subscription. I am finding it impossible to get a response in any other way. I did not intend to sign up to your app for life, yet cannot find a way of stopping you from taking payments from my bank.

I emailed them to request cancellation…
I emailed them to request cancellation and refund within a week. I had no time for this since my mom was hospitalized. They cancelled any subscription but would not refund any payment. They said it is because it is an online program. They also said it does not matter if there is a personal situation, they don’t consider that.
Glad I only paid for one month. Not at all what I expected. Be careful!

Too long to get through the purchase process.
Anything that doesn't automatic charge and doesn't let you or prompt you to renew is somewhat of a scam but I purchased the lifetime access knowing that I can get my money back if this doesn't work.
