First time buyer
Fish is fresh and well packaged . Sold Icelandic fish years ago and kind forgot they still produce products. Quality was always equal to fish of the same varieties caught here whether Pacific or Atlantic Ocean.

UPS tracking indicates my order, originally supposed to be here Dec. 28th, is now arriving on Jan 3rd. Yesterday's tracking indicated delivery today (12-30-23). Although you were quick to charge my card, all indications are the order is yet to ship. Where is my order?

UPS delays happen and there’s nothing we can control about it.
What we can do is properly address this, like offering to file a claim with UPS and reshipping your order, which we would have done without hesitation had you reached out to us directly.

The good and the disappointing
The food is beautiful, was well packaged, and arrived exactly on the day requested. However, the 2 duplicate packages I ordered contained different products with 1 or. 2 Items missing.

Im glad to hear that everything delivered on time and was well packaged.
As for “different products”, there is no other company out there delivering fresh, NEVER FROZEN seafood from Iceland.
As much as we try to have our 20 different seafood products available every week, we sometimes need to make substitutions on our discounted, curated bundles. As it states on every bundled product page.
We always substitute for very similar products of equal or greater value.
As for “missing items”, this would be impossible. No order is sent out with a different number of items than is ordered, without automatically notifying and/or refunding the customer.
I’m sorry we didn’t earn the 5-star service we strive for!
