I paid for NordicSculpt order #83788 on Feb 8, 2026. 5 months passed - still didn't get any delivery. The parcel was never physically delivered to me. NordicSculpt confirmed in writing on Mar 12 that no delivery was made despite the tracking record. The parcel was later marked returned/delivered back to sender on Mar 23 according to tracking they provided. I requested to return me my money, they didn't agree. On May 14 I formally terminated the purchase contract as per EU law and requested a full refund. Instead of refunding me, NordicSculpt kept offering reshipment. On May 28 they promised delivery by June 5 and sent tracking number, which turned out to be the old tracking. On June 5 they provided a different tracking number of the parcel that was still not registered as moving, and still refused refund. When I asked about their promise to make the delivery on 5th of June they answered about the old case that the product was returned to them. Awful service. Just stole my money.

I had excellent customer service with Kristina & Rex! My Sculpt device stopped working and the Nordic Sculpt team took care of everything for me asap. They replied in a timely manner and took care of my concern. Can't wait to receive my new device soon! Thanks again!

absolutely love my Nordic Sculpt device! From day one, it did exactly what it said it would, and I was genuinely thrilled with the results. So when it stopped working after about 3 months, I was really disappointed and worried I’d be left without it.
I emailed customer services and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. John and Rex were amazing from start to finish. They replied quickly, were incredibly helpful, and made the whole process completely stress-free. They asked me to try a few troubleshooting steps and send over a short video showing the problem, which was simple and straightforward.
Within no time at all, they confirmed they would replace the device, and just a week later a brand-new one arrived at my new address!
It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its products. The device itself is fantastic, but the outstanding customer service from John and Rex has made me an even bigger fan of Nordic Sculpt.

I purchased the NordicSculpt a few months ago and have been emailing the customer service team multiple times with queries and I have to be honest they have been very responsive and very courteous at all times
In terms of product effectiveness I can confirm that this product works with regular and persistent use, this is a product I will maintain using for a long period of time
Yesterday the foam on the product split and I reached out to the team to get some advice and was pleasantly surprised by the immediate replacement confirmation of a new one being issued out to me
I cannot fault this company, the product and their exceptional customer services, in all my dealings so far I have been very happy, on customer services John and Kristina have been absolutely amazing

Fantastic customer service
I had an issue with my machine and the customer service I received from Jhon and Kristina was absolutely outstanding. They have replaced my item and I really appreciate it. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.
Worst Purchase Experience
I ordered this in November, and it was only delivered in January. I notified them that I will be out of country in December, but they said they cannot stop delivery at that point and can only make refund once item is delivered. I got back in January and I did not receive the product.
I am so displeased with the service they have. They have delivery commitment but really failed. They accept orders but are unable to fulfill. They sell products that they are not ready to ship. This is really a very questionable company

Advised from day 1 that concerned about poor quality of product. Product not as described so free return should be actioned as per Australian law. Scam. Do not waste your money

Beware this Nordic sculpt is bulky and heavy to hold especially while vibrating.
If you have arthritis or fibromyalgia this unit maybe too difficult for you to grip and hold. It’s a cheap plastic unit with a foam head that you put a Smart Cover over which is fluffy. Cannot see how this would help with toning! I realised this when I opened the box excited to use it for the first time which I could not when I lifted it from its box. Customer service replied quickly but offered me 10% off to keep the unit. That’s ridiculous I paid £79. Return Shipping is to China and to be paid by the customer so with tariff and taxes returning the unit I will be lucky to see £20 back of what I paid. Be careful before ordering, consider it all before paying.
Facebook ads can be misleading costing you in time stress and being left out of pocket in these very difficult times.
