Cant fault the machine or service
Purchased the T Series 16 tread mill with the larger screen. Delivery was fine, machine is great & I purchased a 3-year membership which the family has had great use out of so far.

Great bike
Great bike, although uncomfortable seat and the limited edition does not have cage pedals so feet slip off, and its very pricey hence the 4 stars.

We do however have as an optional extra the caged pedals, which we do have in stock, so I will have one of the team reach out to you to discuss and see if this is still of interest to you. Awesome but if kit.
Quick delivery, easy to setup and super fun to use. Being fully automatic with the adjustments done by the ifit trainer really helps you to push yourself and immerse yourself into the workout. Use almost daily.
My only suggestions would be a better quality speaker and higher definition videos please 🙏🏼

Really good product
Really good product, quick delivery. The trainers are really good too. I’ve loved getting back into fitness thanks to my new rower. The only thing I’d change on it is the rollers on the seat, they are quite noisy when the rest of the machine is super quiet thanks to the magnetic resistance.

Good value, reliable. Well made
Delighted with my NT1750 treadmill & Airglide 14 elliptical.
No issues whatsoever and ifit works seamlessly on both. I took advantage of a promo for a good value multiyear renewal.
Would buy again. Looking at a bike next.

Excellent experience from ordering to receiving. Fantastic piece of kit for someone who dont feel comfortable going out to the gym. I wanted a realistic ride and nordic track has given me just that.

Becky and the team from Nordictrack were super friendly and helpful when helping me decide on which item to purchase, as well as helping me obtain the best possible deal. They are quick via email correspondence too. I will admit i was a bit hesitant to make such a big purchase, but i don't regret it one bit! :)

Excellence in Customer Support
We already have the elliptical and the rowing machine from NordicTrack and really enjoy the experience offered through the iFit connection. When the opportunity came up to get a bike the natural choice was NordicTrack. The quality and precision of their machines are excellent.
To further our positive experience we had an issue with the way the courier delivered the bike, raising concerns about whether it may have been damaged at the point of delivery. When we raised our concerns with iFit immediately and without question or hesitation the Sales Director got personally involved, organised a replacement and kept in regular contact with us until the replacement was successfully delivered. The level of customer support was superb, which added to our confidence that we had made the right choice.
We definitely would recommend any NordicTrack product.

Great professional Machine
This is a very solid, professional running machine, definitely worth the investment, great screen interaction options to give a good variety of exercise routines. Folds up and down easily and safely if space is limited. All the incline options are great for high intensity walks 👍🏻

Nice solid treadmill for the money. Monthly cost is high and if you don’t pay you can’t use any apps on the screen at all.
