Delivery updates were clear and consistent, didn’t have to chase anything. Package showed up on time, simple as that.

Customer service actually felt real for once, not robotic which was refreshing. I had a small question and they replied quickly without sounding scripted. It made the whole experience feel more trustworthy tbh.

If there was a zero, I would rate it zero. Website appears to be British (or Scandinavian) firm. It cannot be! Now I have the item, this has all the signs of a Chinese company. I ordered a phone charger/ power bank. It took 17 days to arrive, probably because Strait of Hormuz was closed. The instructions, translated from Chinese are appalling. So bad, they are useless and there is no way of finding out which company made this. I am very afraid that this might cause a fire when charging and am considering passing it on to Trading Standards/ Which. I am waiting for ‘Hannah’ from NordSpur to get back to me. I wish I had checked out NordSpur on here before I ordered. I have learned a huge lesson.

I grabbed the boots thinking theyd just be for quick school runs and dog walks but now I wear them way more than planned. They’re sturdy without feeling heavy and i didnt even need to break them in which is rare for me.

I’m usually skeptical when brands talk about durability because I’ve had gear fall apart before. These lights handled a windy coastal trip without any issues which impressed me. They’re bright enough to be useful but not blinding and packing them away didn’t feel like wrestling with wires. Overall just feels like stuff built to last.

What I liked most is that the website doesn’t feel overwhelming. The selection feels curated and intentional not endless scrolling. I ended up ordering the boots and they’re supportive without being stiff. Shipping came within the exact window they mentioned which felt refreshingly honest.

Con artists: Beware! The website and reviews look good and legitimate, and the site came up on search results so I took the bait and bought a product.i ordered a GPS tracker watch, which was just a watch strap - no GPS. The description speaks about the GPS features and great features through the app, not once does it say “GPS not included” (see website: kids-gps-wristband-for-travel-safety).

You could buy the exact same product on Amazon for £6, and I paid £30. Since returns are back to China at your own expense, I’m not sure what I’ll do now.

Bought the boots thinking theyd stay in my car for quick errands but now I’m wearing them almost daily. Solid grip comfortable fit and they don’t feel cheap at all.

This is definitely not a legitimate company. They sent out the wrong pair of boots (completely different with a Chinese logo on them) and of very poor quality.

They have no customer service number and a very slow email response. They try to then charge you for returning the goods to China at your OWN cost. This is not within practices of UK trading standards. They dont care once they have your money.

As others have stated they offered 30% partial refund to leave as is. I assume this scam works often for them do not purchase

Picked up the jacket during a cold snap and wasn’t expecting much. Ended up being warmer then I thought without restricting movement. It layers well and doesn’t feel stiff which I hate in outerwear. Honestly feels practical not trendy.

Don't be fooled like me by the sleek branding and website. Nordspur sell Chinese tat direct from the factories. I bought some Chelsea boots which looked to be nice quality and good value. They took 3 weeks to arrive and when they did I found then to be made of plastic and were also 2 sizes too big for me. Customer services advised I'd have to return the product direct to China within 30 days and cover shipping expenses. It just wasn't worthwhile to do this and risky with the time frame. The boots wen straight to the charity shop. A massive waste of money, time and plastic! AVOID.

Do not trust descriptions of goods, I ordered durable water resistant ‘leather’ boots. Product arrived ‘not leather’. Company do not admit false description of goods advertised & goods are returned to ‘China’ at your own cost. Immediately offer a partial refund 30% & keep the unwanted goods. Landed on 70% refund after exchange of messages……just to say be extra vigilant when something seems to good to be true 🤨

A dodgy Chinese company pretending to be Uk based or even Netherlands. Returns policy is slippery and the returns address on the website is actually incorrect and it seems they need to be returned to China at a huge cost. I have been offered all sorts of deals re the refund and now they have sent the boots back to me without asking after I returned them to the Dutch address and I haven’t had a refund but they were trying to offer me 70%. VERY VERY DODGY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Chinese shop. Long delivery time and poor quality. Sending back to China at your own cost. Avoid.

Took the lights along on a coastal trip and they handled wind and moisture without any problems. That was reassuring, especially given how unpredictable the weather was.

I tend to stick with brands that do not over complicate things, this one clearly focuses on function first which I appreciate, it feels like gear made to be used, not babied!

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering from Nordspur! I had been looking for a 2-in-1 running shorts and running tights for a while, when I came across Nordspur via a search engine. The website looks great, the items look great. However, the dispatch and delivery speeds are painfully slow, as the items are shipped from China. When the running gear eventually arrived, it looked cheap, and I found wearing it uncomfortable. There is no Nordspur branding on the items at all, which makes me suspect these running shorts/tights are probably made for other companies too. Given the reviews from others, I couldn't even be bothered to return them. No doubt Nordspur will give a one line response to this review, just like the other critical reviews, along the lines of "sorry, we will look into this.".
