Good High Quality Garden Furniture

I am thrilled
I have taken delivery this weekend of my Heritage teak wood outdoor dining set with cushions and parasol and a bench. I have to say I am thrilled.
The quality far surpassed what I expected and I deliberately chose an extending table but was unsure of how difficult it would be ro operate. I should not have worried because it is easy.
I opted for the installation and this was done by a friendly, helpful and chatty director of the firm who took away all the packaging. I think he was called Paul.
The large parasol gives more shade than any other I have seen and covers the whole table.
As an extra having seen the quality of the table and chairs I bought a bench which i am enjoying using.
I have every confidence in recommending this company and I am so glad I chose them to buy my patio furniture from.

High quality teak garden table.
We bought a heavy teak garden table and at a competitive price. Darren who delivered it was a carpenter and delivered great advice about putting it together and treating it with UV sealer and teak oil. I followed his advice to the letter and it looks great.

Great quality and service
Ordered one day and delivered the next. Delivery driver was very helpful and had the table assembled v quickly. Quality is superb. I’m very happy with purchase and the service was outstanding.

Everything on time
Everything on time. One slightly damaged chair replaced immediately ( fault of manufacturer not NDG. Looks great , well built, chairs are substantial , very comfortable. Delighted.

Arrived on pallet - assembly required
Bench arrived on pallet (which will have to be disposed of ) . I must admit I thought it would have arrived assembled . The wooden dowels supplied are a very tight fit and difficult to line up .

We’re sorry to hear the assembly wasn’t as straightforward as expected. Some light assembly is required, and while the dowels are designed to be a snug fit for strength and longevity, we understand they can be a little tricky to line up.
For a smoother experience, we do offer a home assembly service which we would highly recommend, allowing everything to be set up for you without the hassle.

The delivery driver you were referring to is a courier from Palletways. We do recommend opting for our home assembly service when ordering, as this ensures your furniture is fully assembled and set up in your space without any hassle.

Great garden furniture
The furniture arrived when stated .The furniture is of a great standard as promised. There was a bit of putting together of the table which could have been easier to do if there was some instruction!.The delivery driver would not help me move the 55kg table top to the rear of my property.Be prepared to also get rid of the pallet it all comes on.All said the product is great.
