Our table was delivered personally by Norfolk Designer Gardens and arrived in perfect condition. The table was very well crafted and the teak wood was high quality. Assembly was very easy. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Very friendly and helpful company
We made an online purchase of a Kingston Teak 3 x Seater Bench. Unfortunately we had to cancel the initial delivery [my fault] but spoke to Joe who was very helpful and understanding. Good communication by Tory who kept us updated with the re-scheduled delivery. The delivery driver Darren was very knowledgeable and gave us some valuable advice about assembly and maintenance. All in all a very friendly and helpful company to deal with and one we would thoroughly recommend.

Good customer service and beneficial advice
Responded well to phone contact and followed up with delivery on agreed date and time. Put the garden furniture in garage to preserve until Spring, very helpful.
Also advised to contact if any issues on opening the table packaging. Also advised to coat with a teak sealer which I purchased separately upon putting the table outside.
