Norma Precision Inc. Avis 5 035

Ordered their 5.56 ammo six days ago. Got an email confirmation, but nothing since. Two emails to their "customer service," and two calls that went to vm have gotten zero response.

If I haven't heard back in four days, I'll be cancelling my order through my credit card company and will not be buying from them again.

I ordered some of their high velocity ammo based on a recommendation from a normally trusted source. My wife complained the ammo would not jam (not cycle) in the three weapons she fired. These were all well-maintained, highly-reliable handguns branded Sig Sauer, Beretta and CZ. So I took out a handful of my most reliable target pistols (e.g., Beretta 92X Performance CZ Shadow 2, CZ TS 2, Staccato C2, and Sig Sauer P320 X-Five Legion. She pistols who shoot pretty much anything reliable, even black power and marbles...or so it seems.

But they won't fire Normal high velocity ammo. I had to manually eject the brass after ever round. and it would not recycle any of the weapons we fired. To make matters worse, I contacted the folks at Norma Shooting, and even sent them an email. Nothing but crickets. Poor ammo and poor customer service means I cannot recommend this manufacturer - void them thee are so many better options available to you.

The last two times I bought Norma 9mm and .22's were defective. The 9mm, they were squibing, only after contacting the company we were told they were recalled. The .22's ( sold by Trueshot) arrived gooey and the shell castings kept jamming in the bore. I sent back the ammo. No problem with the 9mm, but only got a partial refund for the two bricks of .22's.
Bottom line Norma Ammo isn't up to par.

I had previous orders that went great with quick shipping. This order was also shipped quickly, however the box was damaged and taped back up on the corner and inside was missing 10 50rd boxes of 9mm and 2 20rd boxes of 7.62. Inside the box was only the 10 boxes of 22lr. I got a sale buy a box of 9mm get a box of 22lr free. So I reached out numerous times for some help or if they were shipped separate(I had that happen with them before) got zero responses from phone or email. So I will never buy from again. The box should’ve been taped all around & not just where it typically opens. Since I got no response I’m not happy. This was like 4 months ago my order was made so there’s been ample time to respond to me. UPS was useless with out Norma’s help. $185.99 down the drain. Thanks norma.

Happened to go into site during sale. Order was received in less than 5 days from placing the order. Ordered after business hours and next morning received a notice that shipping label wwss created. Packaging was good. Box came with tamper proof tape. All around EXCELLENT job Norma!

The initial price and ordering process was great.
It took 10 days to arrive. I called customer service couple of times to find out ETA of the order. I was not happy with the customer service not being of help in answering my question.
