We don't purchase a lot of their equipment, but the service and backup when we do is excellent. I have visited their facility on a couple of occasions and they have a good range of equipment, and as importantly the technical expertise to support it.

Thanks Dave, good to hear the service and backup have hit the mark. You're always welcome at the facility, and if there's anything that would have made this a five star experience we'd genuinely like to know.

Thanks for this. A reliable product line backed by people who know it inside out is what we work hard at, so it's great to hear it's landing that way. Always here when you need us.
The team have been so supportive and helpful in working with the hardware across a site installs.
Paul in tech was outstanding in supporting onsite engineer team. Kit is both simple and also delivers huge functionality and capability as well as cost savings across the lifecycle of the access control project.
Réponse de Nortech Control Systems
Thank you Steve. We'll pass this on to Paul, who will be pleased to hear it. Kit that's simple to install but still does the heavy lifting over the life of a project is the balance we're always chasing, so it's good to know it's paying off across your sites.
