I have been working in the property business for 10 years managing a mid sized property portfolio on behalf of my family.
NPA, (Mike & Hannah) are assisting me and giving me guidance and the confidence to branch off to start to build my own property business to be able to one day leave a legacy to my children. I’m on the first week of the HMO mastery course and so far it has been brilliant, the first live call was full of really important detail that will be vital going forward for my investment in HMOs. Hannah has gave me excellent advice in the Telegram group and has even analysed a deal for me, making me aware of things that I hadn’t even considered.
The Q&A on the first live call answered all of my questions in real time and the recorded videos for the education content are all very detailed, I’m looking forward to the next live call already.

NPA Changed my life!

I have been working with NPA and Mike and Hannah for around 8 months now. I knew I wanted to change something in my life to give me the life I wanted but I wasn't quite sure how to do it - they have guided me through it all!
Their training, is step by step, easy to follow and more importantly is gives success! They don't promise overnight results, it takes hard work but they are there to take away the stress and the difficulties of getting into property investing and making it successful. Not only that, they give you the moral support needed when things are getting tough, along with the community that their positivity has also created.
