I paid extra for 2 shipping and didn’t receive the product for almost 10 days. Tried email and calling the company no answer. their Reta Is fake been taking it 3 weeks and absolutely no benefits or improvements on hunger curve. I’ve taken Reta from another company and had results in 2 weeks. Do not waste your money or time on their overpriced fake products
Smooth sailing
I feel like once the situation is 100% this will be a 6 start review. I will definitely be back to share my experience, which most likely is a positive one.
I initially had an issue with my order that almost required escalation, but once I began that process, I was contacted immediately and the situation was addressed quickly.
Not only did they correct the issue, but they also made an effort to make it right, which I really appreciated. Communication was direct and responsive, and they provided updated shipping with tracking.
In a space where it can be hard to know who to trust, their willingness to step in and resolve things stood out. Looking forward to receiving everything and continuing a smoother experience moving forward.

Edit update: Northline did make it right and solve the problem. They replied and told em it was a problem with a batch certificate. Got product today and everything seems good. While the initial experience wasn’t pleasant I will attempt to use them again.
Original post: I ordered from this company, sent my order in and processed payment through Venmo. 3 days later and several emails in which I sent screenshots of my payments and confirmed the Venmo addresses, they continue to tell me I didn’t pay. The Venmo payment had my order number on it. Everything on my end is confirmed and I’m getting nothing processed even with the evidence sent to them. They just send me another request for payment.

So I ordered for the first time last…
UPDATE: finally received a phone call and got a refund. Not without having to re- explaining and Northline still not owning all the trouble. They said it was UPS fault.
So I ordered for the first time last month. 2 weeks later the order was sent to another city. Never received it. Ordered 3 items came to around 140$. They then resent the order and I finally received another week and half later missing one of the items. I asked twice to just get a refund since it had been so long. Both times said they would have to contact management to discuss a refund and would reach out 24 to 48 hours neither time got a response. So now I have 2 products that are still unusable because the bacteriostatic water was never sent. That I would have to wait for that to be delivered in order to use it. Which would probably be another week and half. Its been over a month now. Im just asking for a timely refund and still nothing. Little update. Can't get anyone to do what needs to be done. Im supposed to continue to say the same thing over and over no information I get sent in circles.
