The product is really lovely and I love that you can personalise it to have as much or as little of different types of items as you like. It was easy to order and very clear what you needed to do via the website. The service was excellent and arrived very quickly to the recipient, which was great. She really loved all the bits and pieces and they were beautifully packaged too. I would say that it was fairly pricey, but we had a group of us contributing to the gift and it was worth it for how well it was received.

Super customer service. My queries were dealt with quickly and professionally. A team member offered to help beyond what's being offered on the website. Really appreciated that. Great product also, I ordered the build your own gift box which was fab.

We are actually excited any time we have a chance to place an order with Not Another Bunch of Flowers because even though we are on the other side of the world, we feel as if we are sorting the hamper ourselves. We get an email from an actual person who personalises her message and makes us feel as if they realise we wish we lived closer to our family and were able to deliver the gift ourselves. This is a very special business and we cannot fault their service.

We got the ‘Thinking of You’ box for a colleague after her mum passed away. It was so good to be able to personalise the box with such a lovely variety of items to choose from! She was so grateful and really appreciated the thought that went into each item and said everything was perfect! Very quick delivery too.

Such a beautiful company! I was lucky enough to receive one of their gorgeous care packages from my best friend and it was beautifully presented, so when I needed a gift for a colleague this was the first place I went to! I love the variety of products you can choose from to make a completely bespoke hamper and the recipient loved it as much as I did! Delivery was super quick and I think the handwritten note inside is a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again!

Really responsive customer service when I had a query and a really wide range of products. Delivery was also extremely quick. The site wasn't the easiest to navigate when I wanted to add a varied range of gifts for all ages and genders but I persisted and we managed a work around! The recipient was very grateful. The website is really easy to navigate and I love having all the different gifting options. Both of the boxes that I've purchased have been dispatched quickly, and although I've not seen them myself, I'm told that they were a good gift. Communication was really clear throughout the process as well.

I wish I had found nabof earlier! Really good experience from start to finish. I searched a lot and it was the only place I could create my own box of both edible and other goodies choosing from a variety of options and in normal prices! Also, I got an email checking everything was ok before they send my order and as a matter of fact I had to make a change to one line of my address (damn you auto fill!) lines. I've never seen such an email from a company before. The order came quickly and I expected a bit of a delay due to the weekend. I also loved the founder story and the fact charities are supported through the business. The presentation when the box arrived was really good too and made a good impression. On the drawbacks the website is not very mobile friendly and it made it a bit more difficult to move to next step while ordering and I would like to see more "happy birthday" card options.

I made a mistake with the address for the gift I was sending. Annika and Kate could not have done more to resolve the issue and ensure the gift reached the intended recipient safely. Kate kept me informed and checked the parcel had been received. Will definitely use again.

I don't know why I thought the gift would be bigger and wrapped nicely as presented on the website but it wasn't. Quite disappointed by the size of the item for 40£.
At least it delivered on item thus giving me more time to find something else elsewhere.
