Exactly What My Business Needed!!

My business is still very new but thanks to JT s expertise and the Notebook of a COO operator operator hub I was able to pinpoint where the bottlenecks in my business were and learn how to properly set up my business and systems and actually make it scalable! I came to JT with very little business…

I came to JT with very little business background and a lot of overwhelm, and he met me there without missing a beat. There are no dumb questions in his world, only gaps waiting to be filled. He has a natural ability to take the intimidating and make it not just digestible but genuinely exciting. What sets him apart is that he actually hears your frustration, honors it, and then moves you right through it before you even realize what happened. He has a way of making you believe in possibilities you couldn't see before walking in. Oh, and if you haven't found his podcast yet, do yourself a favor. Equal parts business insight and a deep breath you didn't know you needed.

Okay so I want to be honest because I think it helps people. I was skeptical. I have bought a lot of online courses and most of them are just someone repackaging stuff you can Google. The Operator Hub is different and here is why I say that. The Customer Profiling course made me realize I had been marketing to literally everyone and closing almost no one. There is a module in there where you map your actual best clients against a set of criteria and you start to see the pattern. I did that exercise on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday I had rewritten my entire outreach approach. I have had three solid new contracts since then. The biweekly calls with JT are a bonus I did not expect to value as much as I do.

Finally stopped winging it on lead gen

I have been running my landscaping business for 9 years. Always relied on word of mouth and a Facebook page my nephew set up for me. Joined the Operator Hub because a friend in my BNI group would not stop talking about it. Went through the Lead Generation Systems course first and honestly the module on qualifying leads before they even get to a quote changed how I run my whole intake process. I used to spend hours on bids that went nowhere. That stopped. The Kajabi app is clean and easy to navigate, which matters because I am on my phone more than a laptop. Good value. Solid content. No fluff.

Learn your ICP/Avatar, get them qualified into your pre-determined buckets (cold, warm, hot leads for example) and have an automated or semi-automated plan to walk them through your sales process. Doesn't get better than that!
