Title: Selling a damaged product with an almost expired expiration date! The lipstick smells like old oil. Review text: Terrible disappointment! I recently bought this lipstick, hoping to get the cult shade Soft Spoken, but using this product is simply impossible and dangerous to health. As soon as I opened the package, I immediately felt a sharp, unpleasant smell of spoiled cosmetics and rancid oil. I checked the batch code at the bottom of the bottle (AHZ90W) – the lipstick was manufactured in September 2023! Not only that this line has long been removed from production and the store is selling off old warehouse residues, the product was apparently stored with gross violations of the temperature regime. For this reason, the waxes and oils in the composition have completely oxidized long before the official expiration date. The lipstick is heading straight for the trash. Notino, selling an old, unusable product is a complete disrespect to buyers! Girls, be careful and be sure to check the batch codes upon receipt. I categorically do not recommend it!

I've been shopping on notino.lv for more than a year. Everything was fine until the first time I had to contact their customer service.

One of the items I ordered came broken and past it's expiration date. It had expired half a year ago.

When I contacted their customer service, they offered a low compensation in booking credit and sent a generic explanation/macro about batch codes, which didn't address the specific issue I raised - that there is a stamped date on the product saying it expired in December of 2025.

It's not about the money but about the principle.

It's safe to say I won't be using them as my first choice anymore, which is a shame since everything was okay before I needed help with an order.

A store with a wide selection of products, for different tastes and budgets. For example, an eye cream can be found for several tens of euros as well as for under five euros. You can't find absolutely everything there, but you can find many things that aren't available in regular cosmetics stores, and everything is in one place. Plus, the prices are quite often lower than in stores.
